Oz Hotels Sui

We were in many hotels before in Turkey,but this was one of the best what we have choosen.Friendly staff,delicious food,very clean room and hotel area….we cant say any negative about….we really enjoyed our staying in the hotel. We would like to give a positive feedback about Songul,she is making the best coffee and her positive attitude is making everyone smile.

Beautiful hotel, clean, good food. Everyday diffrent food and kitchens, Like sea food, turkish food, italian food. Swimming pool big, very interestnig animations. The best animator Berat and his teammates doing a good job. Everybody is smiling. Drinks arę good, the barman grom lobby bar Ahmet is cery professional jest regards for him. Every evening is party on amphiteatre like karaoke or live show. I think i will comeback here.

Our first holiday in Turkey which turns out to be exceptionally positive family holiday with young kids. Everything was as expected maybe apart from A la carte restaurants which have to be booked in a week advance to get any chance for place and there is only one of them open on the day which I found a bit poor for a 5 star hotel but the food in the main restaurant was excellent every night with grilled all kind of the food plus every Tuesday Turkish night with their specials. Staff was great, rooms cleaned every day, good swimming pool with lifeguards till 6pm with slides open every day 10-12 and 2-4. Hotel transport to beach every 20 minutes with bar at the beach. Water jets etc extremely overpriced with 65€ for 15 minutes 🤯 Late entertainment starts at 9:30pm which we found to be a bit too late but again this is only our opinion. Charge for late book out is 10€ per hour per room but there is a luggage room to keep your luggage and if you have late flight they will let you stay in for rest of the day in hotel and use all services for free. Hotel size is just good enough for family with young kids so you don’t have to worry about kids. Definitely positive experience

We just came back from a Holiday Love Beach Holidays was booked to be in Alanya, and we were taken 40km from Alanya to Hotel Oz Sui, the worst 5-star hotel I had ever been to. The food was so disgusting that my wife and I had to eat out every day as my wife became ill from their food in the first 2x days of our holiday we asked many people if it was only us, but yes outside of the hotel in the restaurant, there was full of people that eat out as well. Drinks? No alcohol in the abysmal selection Whiskey mixed with Vodka, and the list goes on. It looks only beautiful in the pictures. Don't get fooled like we did; we had another shock: our flight was booked by Love Holidays at 10 pm. The guy in reception told me I had to leave my room at noon and stay about in the hotel till my transfer came. It is disgusting they Dont let you use the ROOM you have paid for You better go to Bodrum; it has far better service for your money.

Great staff (Particulary Sezgin and receptionist Tina and all the bar staff) who always work extra hard and go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Hotel was beautiful with plenty to do and great amenities with loads of drinks and snacks available around the clock.

This is the worst 5 star hotel i have been in Turkey. Starting with the food that it is disgusting (only the breakfast is good). The private beach is full of stones, is not sandy. The water at the see again full of stones and after 2 meters the sea is 3 meters high (so very bad for kids and people that can.t swim very limited space and bad for feet). The staff working here 90% (except the reception) don.t speak english so it was really difficult to speak with them specially when ordering drinks and food. Pastries are the worst i have ever seen 3-4 choices and most of them are just dough with some sesame or poppy. The cocktails bearly have alcohol in them and the choices are very poor, cheap brand of wiskey (yes only 1 brand). I have ordered a couple of time turkish coffee and they just put some instant coffee with boiling water. Now the positive parts: it is beautiful visually and very clean.

First visit to Antalya and I Was very anxious about coming to this hotel as booked on a wim after a breakup and didn't read reviews properly so was a little worried when I did read the mixed reviews as I've always gone to Marmaris or other parts of Turkey. So I wanted to leave a thorough honest review Myself and my friend arrived 2 am, (both young females) checked in very swiftly and a very friendly bell boy took our luggage straight away and took us to our room. First thing I will say is this is the most beautiful, stunning clean, well run hotel I have ever stayed at inside and out. The building itself is absolutely breathtaking, interior beautiful. The rooms and views are absolutely beautiful. Air con, fridge, hairdryer, kettle in room and iron service available cheap at reception on request, I had a standard double and was a great size, balcony view double, single and sofa bed in my room. . Aydin at customer relations very very friendly and helpful, even took myself and my friend to alanya and showed us around and kept us safe! Made us aware of any dangers etc and helped me to download all my excursion pics, nothing was to much. You can book Al Carte restaurant (included) through him and he will go out of his way to help with anything you need throughout youre stay! Great asset to the hotel. Thankyou for all you did to help us if you read this....staff work long hours and always stay professional, friendly and hard working. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean daily, maids were lovely! Large selection of soft drinks and water filled up daily in fridge, the tea however is awful so bring youre own if you like a good brew like myself. Pool towels available from the spa. Spa is beautiful however I found quite pricey for treatments, personal opinion,however pool, sauna etc all inc and the ladies on that floor were very friendly. Reception staff could be more polite in my opinion considering they are front of house, always felt like was putting them out, impatient and moody. The waiters/bar staff all lovely and helpful however (some) of the men can be very suggestive and flirtatious in the restaurant but this was dealt with whilst we were there. Not many staff speak English. Pools/poolside is clean, beautiful, plenty of beds, 3 slides great atmosphere, friendly lifeguards. The food I'm afraid wasn't great! Main restaurant food was awful at all day parts, plenty of food but worst I've ever known, not catered very well for British unfortunately and everyone we spoke to said the same and same with ppl we spoke to in local different hotels also. They do however cook fresh kebabs at poolside during the evening and snack bar isn't too bad during the day, can get fresh pizza, kebab wraps, wedges, burger, salad etc. Shop in hotel is a lot more expensive than shops down the road however convenient. Salon, beautician reasonably priced. Drinks are typical of an all inclusive hotel, do the job. Efes on tap and something for everyone, spirits/liquor/w

Amazing hotel and lovely staff . Ibrahim , Tina and tuna at the reception were extremely friendly, very professional and helpful this the beginning . The rooms are very spacious and spotless . The hotel itself is very grand and luxurious . I had lost my AirPods case , but it was left at the reception and they handed it over to me safely . The food is amazing . Love the dessert selection for every meal . There is plenty of food throughout the day with different varieties . The crowd at the was mostly families and very decent . Loved my overall experience here.

I highly recommend oz sui hotel. The staff was very nice, especially the animators who provided us with a lot of entertainment, fun and smiles. The food was good and varied. I also really liked the decor of the hotel. All in all, my vacation was very good and I recommend going to oz sui.
