Mukarnas Spa & Resort Hotel

We have just come home from what I can only say is probably the best holiday we have had! The hotel was fantastic, the food was fantastic, the staff were fantastic! The kids had the best time and there was loads for them to do, water park, fair, arcade, the pool! So many places to eat and so much choice! Fresh waffles and donuts in the afternoon too! The beach is 2 mins and the entrance to the beach is by the pool area, it has a lovely pier you can sit and sunbath on, it is pebbles so beach shoes are a good idea. There is jet skiing, para sailing, banana boats so much to do. Hubby and son went to the barbers on site and he was amazing! There is an indoor pool and spa with sauna, gym etc and you can also book massages There is a market on a Friday across the road from the hotel which has loads of stalls to buy pretty much anything you can think of!! The bazaar in the hotel is probably the best one to use and the 2 guys in there are really nice Also we went from 24 Oct to 3 Nov and the temp was 29-30 everyday ☀️

Very beautiful hotel inside and hotelis architecture . Nice service, delicious food, beautiful green zone hotel, pools, every day evening events was interesting. Kichten staff was very beautiful decorate zone of kichten vevery day. Thanks for that! Thanks all of hotels staff for nice service!

The food was lovely, there was plenty of activities, the sea was in the hotels area, all of the staff was very kind and helpful. But most of all, the entertainment team were super! Every event organised was very fun, interactive and funny. Would recommend this hotel 100%!

Wow what a beautiful holiday. Thank you to the managers and staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Place is very clean and food is lovely , would never go hungry Loved the way one of the managers walks round and chats to everyone. Thank you to the lovely Doctor onsite who treated my sons ear infection

Hotel is very nice, staff is very polite, rooms are clean, food is wonderful. The minus is location, sea side, queue at bars.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The hotel overall is clean and the rooms are spacious. I like the fact that it is very compact and you can go fast from one place to another without having to walk 30 minutes. A few things we liked: 1. The garden - very well maintained, beautiful and well organized. 2. The restaurant - themed evenings and overall large diversity of food. Shout out to Hamza and Hatice! Amazing service! Also the live cooking was very good every day! 3. The pool - enormous and always clean. A few things we think could have been better: 1. The animation team overall - there was no guest contact with us. They were just going around the pool before an activity (for ex. water polo) and then they were nowhere to be found. On their rounds, for some reason they didn't come to us. We are two young families, but they didn't think we would like to participate I guess. They liked some of the guests and stayed with them. The staff in the restaurant was more entertaining than the animation team. 2. The music in the pool was repetitive - We were there for 7 days - every day the same music near the pool. 3. The music in the evenings - After the evening show, on the pool bar there is music on for about 1.5 hours. We listened to polish music for 7 days. There is a lot of music, a lot of dance hits, but it was either Makarena or polish music. 4. The mini disco - every day the mini disco was shorter and shorter. On day 1 it was 26 minutes and last night, on our 7th day, it was 16 minutes. For 16 minutes the children can't even get tired. The girls from the animation team were dressed like they will go to a night club instead of dancing with the children. No costumes, no face painting, nothing to difirentiate them from the parents that dance in the circle. 5. The equipment in the children's corner - There are marry-go-rounds near the mini club, but they were very old and I was even scared to put the child on them. Also the tiles are very slippery, I fell once and saw at least 3 more people fall near the mini club. It is near the pool, it's normal to be wet. 6. One of the waiters was grumpy for no reason at all - There is one guy with white shirt on the terrace (he seems experienced, maybe he's a boss or smth) was very rude a couple of times. We waited for our drinks a long time, he came and tried to take a plate full of food and when we said no, he said that we are very aggressive. Outrageous. 7. The Octoberfest - It was advertised as this big event that is going to take place on the pool. It was overall 40 minutes. We didn't even have the chance to see the food, not to talk about tasting it. Overall we leave with good memories and happy faces. The hotel is very good and deserves it's stars. Just a littlemore investmentin the animation wouldn't be bad.
