When we checked in, I forgot my phone on the counter. They held it for me and remembered me when I came back to get it.
The valet remembered us from check in the day before and made getting our car very easy!
Very personable and we will definitely come back!

It was a great experience. We went to a concert at the paycom. Walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely be staying here again.

My stay was wonderful. The customer service provided by the staff was amazing and loved the valet service and the shuttle to and from the civic center in a Mercedes made it even more special. I am planning on returning next month.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of PayCom Center, Bricktown and Myriad Gardens. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and efficient and room is comfortable.

The staff was friendly and professional! Everything was very clean. Everyone made sure that our stay was up to par. So close to the Paycom center and Bricktown, we valeted our car and walked everywhere. If you want to eat at Flint (that is in the hotel) I’d strongly recommend reservations as they are always very busy. (For good reason though!!)

The hotel is showing its age in certain areas. Elevators particularly. Room service isn’t up to par with the hotel.
