Overall we wouldn’t go back to this hotel. We used to like Springhill Suites but this certain one, we are not fond of. I’m just gonna do a checklist of whats important when we book hotel. Room-looks clean Bed-just ok Refrigerator-yes Microwave-yes Bathroom-looks clean Toilet-doesn't clog Shower-water pressure is ok Air-condition - works good/not noisy Smell - the smell of the room is awful. We requested to be transferred yet the same kind of pungent smell is still there. We have no choice but to endure it for just our 2 night stay. Luckily we have lysol spray that we brought just in case this happens. Area is somewhat safe. Pool - looks nice. Built-2003 seems kind of new still but they need to maintain it especially they allow pets. Nothing against pets, we love our pets but they really need a thorough cleaning. When booking a room, just a quick research on when the hotel was built. Always try to find new built hotels especially if they are chain hotels. And stay away from pet friendly hotel if not planning to bring pets.

Stayed here for a friends wedding, the entire staff was very friendly, and accommodating. I wanted to give a special shout out to Vonn who’s a rockstar at the front desk. She was very informative and friendly, making everything easy for us the whole time we were her. Shout out to Vonn! Regarding the room, it’s as advertised. Comfy bed, good amount of space and lots of towels! Will be returning my next time to Cleveland.

We stayed the night for a Jays trip. I indicated on the app that we would be arriving around 11 am - well before check in. Vonn at the front desk had the room ready for us when we got there, as well as being super nice to my son. The room was great. Breakfast was great. The pool is really big (as far as indoor pools in these types of hotels), the hot tub is great and the room in general was spacious and clean. Overall I do not have a single complaint. This property is very well-run and we will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

I will write a second review after my stay, but wanted to write a review right away (while I was thinking of it) about my experience with a Representative. I had an issue regarding my stay, and spoke with Sonya on the phone when I called to discuss it. She was kind, empathetic, caring, while still maintaining fantastic efficiency. She quickly did some research, and suggested several solutions. Again, I haven't even stayed yet, but she's making me feel so much better about my trip and the brand as a whole. I had a horrible booking experience with Traveluro, but Sonya was able to really help me feel a lot better. I appreciate her fantastic customer service.

Really nice, clean, friendly staff, and our room was very quiet. Pool was nice sized. Staff was attentive to problems. (Large group of young hockey players with lots of energy). Breakfast was pretty basic, but overall a great hotel. Would recommend

The hotel was amazing and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Tiffany P and Vonn were the most amazing hotel employees. I've never had a better experience from a hotel staff as those two! We will stay again.

Service was okay. The front desk personnel do not give the same answer regarding service, so be cautious since they do not all seem to give good service. The young lady on Saturday morning was Awesome and knew the amenities available at the hotel and knew the Marriott member amenities. We do an annual trip to Solon, OH, and this was third year staying at the SpringHill Suites. Seems to be going downhill each time.
