The property is fully furnished and includes an electric range/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils / pots / pans / plates / cups. The condo has multiple pillows and blankets. Please bring two sets of queen sized sheets (master bed and sofa bed), as well as bath and beach towels. Sheets and towels can be rented if required, just ask prior to arrival. One parking passes included for parking in the private lot. No pets allowed per condo rules. For monthly rentals all utilities are included, except for electricity, as it's usage based.
