Homewood Suites by Hilton Odessa

We had an early flight at MAF so we decided to try the HSO. We were very impressed! Room was clean and spacious with a full size fridge and kitchen along with a sitting area. The common areas inside and outside were very nice. They have a basketball court, pool and grills to cook on. It took us about 10 minutes to get to the airport. We will stay here again next time!

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Sleeping area was separated from the living and kitchen area. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Located near the University that has an amazing Stonehenge replica on property. The one caveat about the room is the tub/shower combo. There are no grips on tub surface and no bath mat. Upon entering tub/shower, I slipped and injured my leg resulting in a giant hematoma, golf ball sized. Reported this to front desk, showing him the injury on my leg. He said there was nothing he could do and management would be in touch. We checked out. Never received a call. After a week of many unanswered calls, we finally did get a hold of someone and the manager did return our call. She had not been informed of the incident and was apologetic. Issue was resolved. I would recommend if no mat is in bath, use a towel on the base of tub to prevent slipping. Also, there is a large mall type parking area and we were not informed there was a charge for parking. Presently it is $3.87.

A fairly nice place overall. The staff seemed friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There was a ceiling fan but it was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep with it on. Breakfast and coffee were about average. My only complaint is that the total we were charged was $3.70 more than the price on our reservation confirmation. The final bill calls it a Parking Recapture Fee. Based on the price I’d say Homewood Suites Odessa is a good value and we may stay there again if we are in town.

The staff was professional, welcoming, and nice. The room was very affordable. The room was very comfortable with lot more space than most. When we had a little issue with a dryer not drying clothes. The staff quikly offered ro dry the clothes for us. I hope people read this and give them their business. You won't regret it.

This is the Best Premium Hotel in Odessa...I will continue to stay here, mainly due to the Staff and their excellent service. It is well maintained...Always very clean, the Staff goes above and beyond what is required!

This was a great stay, the electronic key worked great, saved me time! Bottled water was available to me, room was VERY clean and fresh and the breakfast was substancial! Coffee in the early morning was the only issue! Wasnt fresh and hot but was quickly recitified! GREAT STAY!!
