The cottage is light and airy with large windows and high ceilings throughout for viewing the river and surrounding area. The cozy, well appointed living space provides a complete kitchen, master bedroom, living area with sleeping sofa, and bath. In addition to the beautiful indoor space, two porches and a hammock area are available to enjoy the rushing river sounds. A riverside firepit and sitting area will also provide an excellent opportunity for relaxation. Visitors of River Haven, will enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking, and swimming in front of the cabin or simply curling up with a book listening to the river. Also you may experience the thrill of Chattooga White Water rafting just 15 minutes from the cottage. If you enjoy hiking, nearby waterfalls provide for wonderful hiking opportunities. Boating and skiing activities can also be enjoyed on nearby Keowee, Jocassee, and Hartwell lakes.
