Ocean View is the second largest subdivision in the world on the bigest island of Hawaii. Ocean View or HOV is comprised of 1 acre lots which span over 36 sq. miles. It's elevation goes from 1500 ft. above sea level to almost 5000 ft. above sea level. Myra's Blue Hawaii House sits in the lower part of HOV, at 2300 ft. above sea level. This means cooler daytime temperatures (lower 80's) and cooler night time temps (lower 70's-50's), coupled with trade winds our house stays comfortable without a/c.Our home is a great launch point to visit Papakolea Green Sand Beach, South Point Cliffs, Punalu'u Black Sand Beach and the Bake shop every morning for those delicious Malasadas!
