Relax in this comfortable getaway! Lay back on the balcony with an ocean view, at the beach which is half a block away or in the outdoor private pool for Top Royal owners and guests only. Located in northern Ocean City across the street from Northside Park. Activities, restaurants and shopping (including a grocery store) all within a five minute walk! Northside Park has walking/jogging paths, large playground, outdoor exercise center, ball fields, fishing/crabbing pier, and many entertainment events throughout the year including the Christmas light show.
