"We booked 2 rooms directly with the hotel for 3 nights and received confirmation email from hotel. When we check-in, they told us that our booking was cancelled by mistake. They provided us 4 Single Rooms for 1st night and Double Rooms for next 2 nights. Nash and a German gentleman on duty when all out to ensure we were comfortable and not stress out by the mistake made by the hotel. Excellent service recovery by the staff. We were happy to stay at the hotel even though we were not given the rooms we booked for 3 nights ."

"Tôi và chồng tôi đã ở 5 đêm trong một studio tầng ở một tòa nhà phụ nối 2 phút từ tòa nhà chính. Căn phòng rộng rãi và có tủ tủ đi bộ vào lúc đó cực kỳ tiện lợi. Mỗi sáng chúng tôi được thưởng thức một bữa sáng đa dạng trên sân thượng tranh của tòa nhà chính và mỗi buổi tối chúng tôi đã bơi trong hồ bơi ở tầng hầm của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi cũng có dịp thử massage và check out phòng fitness. Dịch vụ tuyệt vời, nhân viên thân thiện và lịch sự, vị trí hoàn hảo. Hai điều duy nhất tôi bỏ lỡ là một nệm cứng (hay chỉ mới hơn) và ấm đun nước — máy pha cà phê đã mang theo chức năng nấu nước nhưng không tốt như vậy :) Thật tuyệt khi ở lại Best Western Plus Hotel Alpenhof một lần nữa."

"Super breakfast buffet, unfortunately it was not possible to order a la card on lunch or evening, which I found very bad Toll wellness area with super special saunas, very beautiful natural swimming pool, Very relaxing rest room, than rather resting not recommended during the holidays, Very friendly staff, very clean room, unfortunately beds under a screw, rather dark room, very nice bathroom, morning we were wake up from street noise, I think it is not acceptable for 4 stars, the street is driving strong The hotel has come something into the years"

"Perfect for travelling with teens. It was really clean and room was perfect. Breakfast great. Communal area nice with bar. Staff were really friendly gave great advice on where to eat locally lovely little restaurant up steps 5 mins walk (Pizzeria Alpenrose) , they also told us about Brunnenhof which is 10 mins walk lovely traditional restaurant with live music (Mondays and Thursdays) super for families young and older children. It was a perfect spot to explore the area , we had a car that is useful but there is a bus stop close by. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!"
