"The hotel is very well located, only 15 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the centre. A bus stop is only 1 minute from the hotel (bus No. 7). The hotel has a very nice sauna and pool area with a cozy rest and also a private beautiful garden with views of the mountains. Bademantels, sleeves and towels are provided. But in my eyes, the hotel is not a 4-star hotel. There are so many small things that could be improved with little means to improve the overall picture. In the bathroom there were holes in the floor that you could just cut well. The white tile wall was crushed over 10 ovens with dark grey. The cleaning lady had to tell that the liquid soap has been empty for 2 days. We also asked for a change in our room and we were told several times that the housemaster is coming and nothing happened. The reception does not even get a "Good morning" over the lips in the morning, does not even know in the area, or the staff is little hearty, maybe it is also the language barrier. The dining room looks like a cantine and is quite uncomfortable, but has a very beautiful view, the breakfast and evening buffet is completely unpleasantly decorated, most dining is already cold. The breakfast buffet never changes, at least once different fruit would be feasible and not for a week every day ananas. For the price of half-pension/show buffet, it is tasteful that money in the hotel is unfortunately not worth it."

"It took less than 10 minutes to walk from the station. The location was very good, the hotel was clean, and there was a sauna so I could relax and get a good night's sleep. I unfolded the sofa and slept on the sofa bed, which was also very comfortable. I wanted to have a sauna before checking out, but the only thing I was disappointed was that one side was turned off and the other was only 50 degrees. The staff were very friendly and came back with good memories and impressions about Obersdorf. Thank you for your good service."

"Perfect for travelling with teens. It was really clean and room was perfect. Breakfast great. Communal area nice with bar. Staff were really friendly gave great advice on where to eat locally lovely little restaurant up steps 5 mins walk (Pizzeria Alpenrose) , they also told us about Brunnenhof which is 10 mins walk lovely traditional restaurant with live music (Mondays and Thursdays) super for families young and older children. It was a perfect spot to explore the area , we had a car that is useful but there is a bus stop close by. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"The stay was really wonderful: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms and the entire hotel radiate the atmosphere of wellness, the wellness area is unique (the type of saunas we haven't seen before, including with a wooden wood and a bakery stick, we could relax super) and the food is excellent. As a Vegan, I was particularly pleased that there were not only milk alternatives here for breakfast, but also vegan butter and bread lift. The hotel is family friendly above all and has offers for day design. In short, we would like to stay longer because it feels like holidays. We're happy to come back!"
