We were looked after very well, made comfortable as soon as we arrived, staff were fantastic, room was perfect with outstanding views. The breakfast was very good, A truly enjoyable experience from the moment we arrived. We will definitely return.

Great little boutique hotel with a lovely view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, probably the best hotel breakfast we've had by far! Would definitely recommend a stay here, it's also in a great location, with a small walk into town.

The rooms were lovely. Gorgeous view. Staff were amazing… everyone from reception to cook, waiting staff. Spotlessly clean. Amazing breakfast. Will definitely be back. Prosecco and warm welcome on arrival. Would book a bigger room with view next time. Had intimate room 3 and although it was nice I think would have preferred the larger room. Looking forward to our next visit and lovely breakfast.

Really warm welcome from the manager and appreciated being allowed into our room a bit earlier as it was ready. All the staff we met were really chatty and friendly. We stayed in the self catering woodland cottage as we had two dogs. It was lovely and had everything we needed. Very handy to have the outside terrace that backed onto a woodland walk. We only stayed one night so probably didn’t get to see the best of Oban so will look to return another time for a bit longer ; we would certainly stay at no 26 again, possibly in the hotel this time

Spent 2 nights at the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast is delicious and cooked to order and plenty choice, compliments to the chef. Room 7 was overlooking the sea and was spotlessly clean and well equipped. All in a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back. Thanks to all staff who made our visit really enjoyable.

We visited No. 26 by the Sea for one night in October. It took a bit of time to locate the place but it was so worth the trouble. Once we found it, we were greeted with a glass of champagne and shown to our room. Our room was just lovely, decorated with dark wood and antiques and a gorgeous four poster bed. The en suite bathroom was spacious and had a heated floor! We also had a little balcony where we had a nightcap under the stars that evening. We had ordered a charcuterie board to be ready when we arrived and we enjoyed that with a drink from the honesty bar on the patio overlooking the bay. In the morning we were treated to a wonderful breakfast and went on our way. We loved our stay so much that we’re hoping to stay two nights next time. Thank you so much for a delightful stay.

Excellent 1 night stay in Beach House apartment. Friendly, attentive service. Was made aware before stay that there is scaffolding around the apartment for essential roof repairs. Carrie communicated the issue & resolved concerns effectively. We were made to feel very welcome & thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, comfortable apartment. Delicious breakfast too !

We spent a wonderful couple of nights at No26, hosted by Carrie. The hotel definitely lives up to its description and more. Warm and cosy lounge, with a great view of the bay. Delicious breakfast, cooked to order, was a fantastic way to start our day. We will be back!

The accommodation is excellent. Very unique and personable . Lovely lounge area and great open plan kitchen. Room also got everything you need . Some very personable touches like juice and croissant outside room door in morning before you come to breakfast . Connie as host of 1st class . Great location and easy walk into town . Highly recommend and will be back
