Kaila Krizantem Hotel

We express our great gratitude for our wonderful stay at the hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was at an extremely high professional level. The rooms, the food, the proximity to the beach and the care of the wonderful staff made our vacation unforgettable and filled with amazing memories. Of course, the greatest asset of this hotel are the people working without rest, with a smile, with great care for each guest. I highly recommend this oasis of good vibes and true values ​​in tourism. We came as customers, left as friends! Thank you, friends from Kayla Chrysatem Hotel!!!

I will give the most honest review I can. We arrived at Krizantem early hours and I cannot fault the reception staff, they lead us to the restaurant for some soup as we were all hungry. However on the beach told us upon booking that there were no family rooms so we had to have 2 separate rooms. I stressed one needed a double and a single bed for myself, my partner and son. Upon getting to our rooms there were 2 single beds in each, my son had to stay with my brother in another block. I will give full appreciation to Cayan, he was fantastic and quickly sorted a family room out within 2 days. The pros - the rooms are cleaned daily, there’s always food available either by the restaurant or snack bar. Beach front hotel with an under passage. The entertainment team are fantastic for both day and night and include guests. Cons - there are 5 bars however they all close at random times and even staff on other bars don’t know which is open. I went for juice and was told ‘NO ITS SHUT’ I asked if I could atleast get a water again I was told no and to go to another bar. If you go to the beach bar, please be aware you have to pay for any alcoholic drink, even if you’re all inclusive and also have to pay to upgrade your sun lounger. The shop on site changes prices each time you go, my partner was also over charged by £20, when challenged on this he denied speaking to myself and my brother earlier that evening. There are 3 pools, the main pool people reserve sun loungers early morning and keep their towel there all day, granted staff did start to remove them throughout the day eventually. The second pool is quieter but you’re told to get out when it’s lunch time even though there’s adequate seating away from the pool. The third pool has the slide and is smaller but if you choose the seats opposite the slide, be prepared to get soaked. The pools are not big enough for the size of the hotel. Guests are as rude as some of the staff, there are some amazing staff members but others not so much. The hotel predominately cater for Russian/czech people, so the food also reflects this. We found ourselves eating out a fair few times. The food is not the best, and dinner time is absolute carnage. If you want a table you need to be down for half 6. If you’re in ‘C block’ there are 2 lifts, the bigger lift the door often doesn’t close properly which stops it moving at all so please bare this in mind if you use it. The second lift is a lot smaller and the doors often don’t open, my brother had to prise them open a couple of times. Please also be careful in c block once the floors are mopped, there’s one sign stuck near the toilets but the floors are lethal. At night the internal lights for your floor don’t work, and the maids often left their trolleys so in the pitch black this is very dangerous. Don't eat here... Ordered food and waited more than one hour. They forgot about our order. I don't recommend to go here. Choose another placed instead. Food is not very good, bad service, long wait and very expensive. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best in Alania ! Very nice place , all cleaned, food the best , all staf very oky 😀 and very friendly, 10/10 ! Thanks ! We was with Taifun in disco tour , boot treap, was very amazing time! Every day time shows. Around to pool very funny activities ..

I was in this hotel 2 years ago, I'm back there now with friends. Apart from the shape of the buildings, everything has changed there, of course for the positive. The hotel looks very good after the renovation, the new management staff are wonderful, very understanding and helpful people. as well as the entire hotel staff. in the all-inclusive option, meals, drinks and alcohol are very tasty and varied, of good quality, everyone will find something for themselves. rooms cleaned every day, beach towels, pool animations, beach bar and free sun loungers. A truly wonderful place to spend a peaceful, memorable holiday. I highly recommend it, I will definitely go back there again

This hotel is supposed to be rated 4 star but it is barely 3 and more like a motel. The rooms are small, with limited storage space and in need of refurbishment. The all inclusive option is a joke when it comes to drinks as it only includes water, beer, juice, wine and a choice of 4 spirits. Cocktails if they knew how to make them, fresh juice and Turkish coffee are extra charge. The restaurant cannot cope with the number of guests and the food is repetitive, tailored for East European guest’s and often cold. Luckily there is a microwave. As guests leave at various times of the day and night the reception area is constantly full of guests sleeping on the sofas waiting for transfers so no space to sit and relax. Timings on opening and closing of pools and restaurants are very restrictive. Wi-fi within the hotel is very hit and miss and non existent on the allocated beach area.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Facilities were good. Pool entertainment was excellent. Typhoon kept everyone entertained, really friendly. Food was good. Cooking staff were so nice and helped cater for our taste. We had five rooms for 15 people in the group and we were given a late checkout for 2 of the rooms. The management was very accommodating.

The hotel staff are wonderful but the facilities are lacking, there is only a child slide and the food is bland. The WI-FI needs to be connected every 5 minutes, keeps dropping off. I am writing this review at 6:55 am as you only get a decent reception at night. I had 3 single beds in my room and when asked if they had a room with a double bed, I was told housekeeping will join the two singles together. Not a great holiday so far.
