Просторный номер, сауна, хамам платные, в номере нет тапочек, чайника. Отель состоит из нескольких корпусов, свой, пляж. Кормят нормально. Гости в отеле из разных стран, в основном с детьми.

Everything was good. Food was delicious, beds are comfortable. Personal was nice and friendly. Beautiful area, so many palm trees. fresh fruits, good cocktails. Harrison was wery nice guy. Here also twin brothers ho was wery nice, Berkan and Berk. And coctail bar guys are wery wery friendly. Restaurant kitchen staff was wery nice, and table cleaner boys are adorable ☺️

Don't let negative reviews scare you, I was so worried reading them all, I am here now with family and in the annex rooms it's not down an alley it's to the left of the main hotel and attached to hotel, rooms are dated but hugeeeeee and clean. Air con in lounge and main bedroom all included. Food DOES NOT have flies all over them it's open doors so you do get flies come in but the previous reviews make out they are crawling all over the food but that's not the case similar to many all inclusive I've been to before. Food is more towards eastern European but always found something to eat. Pool area and water park are lovely and there is a strip to the left of coming out of hotel with plenty of bars and restaurants. BE CAREFUL not to be scammed by reps saying they will provide transport to take you shopping they take you to their own shops and try to rip you off, paid 11,000 lira for 6 items over £200 when on the main strip they are so much cheaper and you can barter more. Do not believe when they say is more expensive as small town this is to lure you in so you spend money in their shops. Honestly spent weeks worrying about hotel and I cannot fault it and I'm someone who's fussy so be reassured and have a good holiday.

The food was delicious, the staff, some of them was nice and friendly. The family room wasn’t very nice. But for 4 stars hotel, it was acceptable. The best thing for us was, all the activities there was for the children. And the night shows. The kids had fun and that’s the most important thing for us!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at BluWave Hotel, as well as the inadequate support provided by Loveholidays. Upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not match the photos presented on the website. We were forced to pay extra for services that were not clearly communicated beforehand. Furthermore, the safety and hygiene standards were unacceptable. The balcony door was broken, the rooms were dirty, and the furniture was both damaged and filthy. Despite contacting the hotel manager and Loveholidays multiple times during our stay, nothing was resolved. In addition, the communication from Loveholidays has been unhelpful and misleading. My concerns were either ignored or met with irrelevant responses, and to date, no action has been taken to resolve the situation. Given this experience, I cannot recommend either the BluWave Hotel or Loveholidays. The lack of transparency, poor service, and substandard accommodations are unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues so that future customers do not face the same difficulties.

Won’t recommend this hotel!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME &MONEY !!! Same food every day make you sick after few days, only few alcoholic drinks and one free coctail.. the rest cos 12euro each! Staff are rude I don’t think they know what THANK YOU means!! They also have holiday advisor who is charging people 10 times more for attractions. I bought mine online for 230£ when he was about to charge me 750£. When I refused he was rude!! Attached picture of him to make people aware!!! Reported him to reception but they just laughed at me! Hotel rooms average for the price ave paid with few animals running around… I won’t be returning there again!!! Be aware everyone!!!

The best hotel me and my family been too from all the countries we have visited, the rooms were very clean, food was very good, the entertainment on the beach and at the pool, we mostly chilled at the beach and we were never bored, we made friends with Suleyman and Arman we always played a game with them, they were one of the best workers there, every night there is a show in the hotels Theatre, either dancing our something that engages you to come on stage and play along, so therefore we were very satisfied with Blue Wave
