an excellant hotel with a great vibe located in a good area surrounded by bars and restaurants the food was excellant and so so much to choose from and to top it off they had massage facilities at the hotel with really good experienced massge staff all in all a great place to stay enjoy

Don't let negative reviews scare you, I was so worried reading them all, I am here now with family and in the annex rooms it's not down an alley it's to the left of the main hotel and attached to hotel, rooms are dated but hugeeeeee and clean. Air con in lounge and main bedroom all included. Food DOES NOT have flies all over them it's open doors so you do get flies come in but the previous reviews make out they are crawling all over the food but that's not the case similar to many all inclusive I've been to before. Food is more towards eastern European but always found something to eat. Pool area and water park are lovely and there is a strip to the left of coming out of hotel with plenty of bars and restaurants. BE CAREFUL not to be scammed by reps saying they will provide transport to take you shopping they take you to their own shops and try to rip you off, paid 11,000 lira for 6 items over £200 when on the main strip they are so much cheaper and you can barter more. Do not believe when they say is more expensive as small town this is to lure you in so you spend money in their shops. Honestly spent weeks worrying about hotel and I cannot fault it and I'm someone who's fussy so be reassured and have a good holiday.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at BluWave Hotel, as well as the inadequate support provided by Loveholidays. Upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not match the photos presented on the website. We were forced to pay extra for services that were not clearly communicated beforehand. Furthermore, the safety and hygiene standards were unacceptable. The balcony door was broken, the rooms were dirty, and the furniture was both damaged and filthy. Despite contacting the hotel manager and Loveholidays multiple times during our stay, nothing was resolved. In addition, the communication from Loveholidays has been unhelpful and misleading. My concerns were either ignored or met with irrelevant responses, and to date, no action has been taken to resolve the situation. Given this experience, I cannot recommend either the BluWave Hotel or Loveholidays. The lack of transparency, poor service, and substandard accommodations are unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues so that future customers do not face the same difficulties.

WORST HOLIDAY EVER ! AVOID !!! First of all when we arrived we were shown to our rooms which were very far away from reception , restaurant and pool area . We had to go down stairs through a dark tunnel then upstairs then down dark alleys to finally get to our block . My elderly Mother was in a separate building and she has mobility issues ! I was staying in a room with my children and my partner had a room with his children . At time of booking and on paperwork it said we had adjoining rooms but we were 3 floors apart . Spoke to reception they said they couldn’t move us as they were fully booked (which we later discovered was a lie after speaking to different people who booked the day before arriving) staff were rude ! By day two I was ill had all the symptoms of food poisoning , 12hrs later my brother and one of my sons became ill (same symptoms) then the following day my mother was so ill (again same symptoms) she had it much worse she didn’t leave the room for 3 days diarrhoea and vomit everywhere as she couldn’t get to the bathroom in time !! One by one we dropped like flies .To cut a long story short out of our group of 11 10 of us were very very poorly . Only my son was ok but he is a vegetarian so by day 3/4 we ate out even though we’d paid all inclusive . We were freezing cold at night as there was a really thin blanket on bed asked for more but they never arrived . The rooms were dated nothing like the pictures ! The children said there was poo at bottom of pool , flies all over food and a serious smell of vomit near the pool bar area . It was our first time abroad with all the extended family and it could not of gone any worse !!!
