At first, I liked the hotel. The animation team was great — many thanks to them! The food and coffee were excellent, and the beer was decent compared to other all-inclusive hotels in Türkiye. However, I began to question the cleanliness. To be honest, it was terrible. No dust was wiped, no floors were vacuumed, no bed linens were ever changed, and no mattresses were steamed. These are essential measures to prevent bed bugs — come on, guys. As a result: bed bugs. We were bitten severely. When I left the hotel, I had around 300 bites on my body, and my husband had about 250. We’ve been through physical, psychological, and cleaning hell at home, fearing we might have brought back some eggs. Bed bugs are a growing global problem with very low awareness. Please, take this seriously and implement proper preventive measures. Wishing you all the best.
