There is a patio and a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom has a safe lockbox and towels and extra sheets are in unit. Ample free street parking available. Please note that this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. No parties allowed. No smoking allowed. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud. This property has a surveillance camera outside of the home for security purposes only. There are no surveillance cameras inside of the home.
