The space: Our cozy three-bedroom, one-bathroom home is professionally decorated to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Unwind on the private deck with a BBQ grill, or relax after adventures with the Roku smart TV. Meals are a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen, and a fancy coffee station ensures quick access to your morning brew. Parking for two cars is right outside in our driveway. Each bedroom features plush memory foam mattresses and stylish interiors, combining comfort, convenience, and charm for unforgettable memories. ◘ Our neighborhood is modest and down-to-earth, with homes that have a more simple and less manicured appearance. However, the dog usually stops barking shortly after. While we aim for a peaceful stay, we want to be transparent. We’re excited to host you and want to ensure your stay is safe, relaxing, and enjoyable. Please review the following house rules carefully. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these guidelines throughout your stay. No Parties or Events To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy for all residents. If you throw a party, damage the unit, leave excessive mess, disrespect the property, or invite extra guests not listed in your booking, you are in violation of this rule and will be fined $500. Quiet Hours Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of your noise levels during this time. Noise complaints may result in cancellation of your reservation and eviction without a refund. Occupancy The property allows a maximum of 6 guests. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Guests exceeding this limit will be charged $65 per additional person per night, and undeclared guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately for trespassing. Parking Please park only in the designated areas. Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including e-cigarettes. A $500 fine will be charged for violations. Hot Tub and Sauna Use Guests must shower with soap before entering to help maintain water quality and prevent odor or residue. Use is at your own risk; the host/property owner is not liable for any injury, health conditions, or accidents related to hot tub or sauna use. Children must be supervised at all times. Alcohol consumption and prolonged use are discouraged for health and safety reasons. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host/property owner harmless from any related claims or liabilities. Late Check-Out Unless approved in advance, a fee of $50 per hour will apply for late check-outs. Damages Any damages caused during your stay will be charged to the guest responsible. Pets We allow up to two dogs with prior approval and an additional pet fee. Pet owners must clean up after their pets, take them with you when leaving or crate them if left alone, and ensure pets do not sleep on beds or couches. Failure to follow pet policies will result in an additional $300 pet cleaning fee. Security If security must be dispatched to the property, a $200 fee will be charged. If security is required more than once, the reservation may be terminated and an additional $100 will be charged per incident. Cleaning The cleaning fee covers standard turnover for courteous guests. Please place dishes in the dishwasher, put used towels in the washer, and leave the space tidy and as you found it. If the home is left excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge an additional $300 cleaning fee and a $20 fee for unwashed dishes. Trash Disposal Please place all trash in sealed bags and dispose of it properly in the designated bins. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
