It was nothing like they said online. We stayed there for three nights. First, the manager that talked to us had a very bad attitude. Then I opened the door, and CLEARLY, that room hasn’t been clean. I mean, it was horrible. It even still had the previous guests' stains on the bed sheets, and those stains are fresh. And I asked for the menu, and the items were extremely expensive. We could have eaten from a five-star hotel for those prices. So we went out for every meal and had fantastic meals for reasonable prices. Then they told us we could take their free scooter; it just needs to fuel up. When we are leaving, they charge for that too. It could have been said in the first place. Also, they tried to overcharge us from the final bill. They told us that these days businesses are hard and stuff. We aren't sure we can help with that. It is not the price they agreed on when we were booking. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. At night, there were mosquitoes everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY
