Top Rich Hotel Nuwara Eliya

Horrible hotel and deceiving manager. We wanted to stay for two nights while passing through this hotel, so we paid for two nights at once. But due to the weather and personal circumstances, we decided to leave one night earlier - the managers refused to return the amount paid for the night. But also comments about the hotel: 1. The bed linen and floor in the room are dirty. 2. There is mold in the shower room. 3. Hot water in the shower with a boiler, there is not enough hot water even for one person. Cold water flows in weather 20 degrees. 4. Wi-Fi does not work in the room, it constantly disappears and sites do not open. But cellular communication does not work here either. 5. The food in the restaurant is terrible and tasteless. I do not recommend visiting this hotel at all!!!

A best place for a stay , Amazing view from the balcony and the staff is very friendly , The location is near to Gregory lake while the spill is infront of the hotel , I would recommend this hotel for anyone who's looking for clean and comfortable place to spend.

We stayed in the Superior Family Room. It was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. There was a large balcony that overlooked Lake Gregory. It is a family run hotel, all of the staff are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They checked our welfare throughout the stay and even called us to check up on us when we came late to the hotel. The food was freshly made and was clean and delicious. They made the best traditional Sri Lankan cuisine we have ever had. They even made anything we had asked for. This hotel is very safe and well maintained, I would recommend it to anyone.
