The hotel was clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. Well located for lots of main transport links. Easy walk to the central station but lots of other options for transfers if preferred. Around a 15 minute easy stroll into the main city. No complaints!

Terrible service, we’ve visited and made reservation for the bar, we were denied entrance by the terrible receptionist staff, especially S.Schubert. Felt disrespected, definitely would NOT recommend!!

Proved to be a 12 minute walk from the train station and near the Altstadt and the State Theater, for opera, ballet, plays and musicals. Supermarkets close by. Clean, quite varied breakfast fare. Not 'elegant' but clean and everything worked. Friendly staff. I;d certainly stay there again.

Stayed here for one night as a stopover after holiday in austria before heading home in the Netherlands. Stayed in Motel One's at several cities so I knew I get good quality. Located just out the city center part I could par my car at their own parking garage (not too big/many spots). Room was of a decent size with good bathroom. Bed was as always very comfy. Breakfast day after was also good. Staff friendly and informative. From the hotel it was only a small walk to get to the city center part behing the old city walls.
