The attention to detail is Amazing. A jungle bungalow experience, close to restaurants and shopping. The outside bathrooms are gorgeous, waterview decks all with sunset views. A true Polynesian experience. You may never want to leave the room!

My husband and I had the most superb, second to none experience at Rohotu Fare. The outdoor jungle garden and living spaces is beautifully crafted and curated, steeped in Polynesian flora, fauna and art. There is a sense of total luxurious privacy, yet if there is anything we needed, hosts Nir and Tiare were happy to help. We stayed for two weeks and each day, we discovered something new w to delight us. When we visit Bora Bora again, we will not hesitate to return to Rohotu Fare. What a beautiful place you have created! Balm for the heart and soul. Thank you so much Tiare and Nir for helping to make our holiday one to treasure forever.

This place is so unique! If you want a completely different experience than what you normally think of with Bora Bora, this place is for you! The hosts are amazing and will help you plan anything you need - as well as take you to the grocery store! We absolutely loved our 3 nights, which was the perfect amount of time for us. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you, but if not, I'd highly recommend it for people who want something a little outside the usual. Unique furnishings and an obvious love of nature and attention to detail was around every corner. Simply beautiful!

We have just returned home from the most wonderful stay at Rohotu Fare. The reviews I read prior to booking our stay did not in any way over exaggerate the amazing experience of a stay at this magical place. The bungalows are large, beautifully furnished and are equipped with everything you could possibly need for the most comfortable and relaxing stay. The bungalows and the gardens are full of the most interesting statues, carvings and artefacts - always something surprising along the path. The views of the lagoon from the bungalow is stunning .Nir happily tells how his dream of creating Rohotu Fare came to fruition. Nir or his wife Tiare will be at the dock to collect you from the airport boat transfer and whisk you 10 minutes along the (only) road to RF , first stopping at the supermarket to pick up some breakfast provisions. Nir is on hand throughout your stay to provide assistance and advice about activities and dining on the island and quite honestly can’t do enough to ensure you have the best time on Bora Bora. We already can’t wait to return - we highly recommend a stay at Rohotu Fare.

We returned to Rohotu after sixteen years to be astounded by what the proprietor has done with the place. It is literally a museum on the hill. A stroll of the grounds will fill your experience with the nearly 200 exotic trees, most of which are labeled. The smell of the flowers....exhilarating! Stone sculptures of tiki, turtle and Vahine greet you as you enter your path to the bungalows. Your habitat for your vacation is constructed of beautiful hardwoods and adorned with carvings and paintings reflecting Polynesian culture. The newly expanded bungalows now have air conditioning, full kitchen and utensils and a nice large apartment size refrigerator and freezer. A grand balcony with lounge and supreme view of the bay. Need transportation? No problem...they rent cars on premises so you can enjoy some of the fantastic restaurants on the island or see a Tahitian dance show. A beautiful sugar sand beach is right down the road and good size store maybe ten minutes drive by car or twenty minutes on a bike. Put that all together and you have my favorite place in Polynesia run by a genuinely lovely family that make your stay remarkable. We will return again....and again. Maruru!

This place holds a special place in my heart. I close my eyes and imagine I am back all the time! Nir and his family are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This beautiful fortress is purely magical. A sanctuary for the Gods! I felt like I was on cloud 9 the entire time we were here. We already plan to return with our 3 daughters when they are a bit older. This place is best of the best, do your self a favor and book it!!! The lush tropical plants are gorgeous. Nir's hospitality and attention for detail are on point. I can't wait to come back!!!! 🏝🤙🏼❤
