Premier Inn Nuneaton/Coventry

Overall, a reasonably satisfactory stay, but the place is looking a little tired and in need of some updating, particularly our bathroom. The staff were polite and attentive and the breakfast satisfactory, if underwhelming. We did like the fact that breakfasts were freshly cooked and the poached eggs perfect on both mornings.

Very enjoyable stay. All staff were friendly and made us feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable with all facilities is good order. The restaurant had good selection of food on the menu. Allergies were very well dealt with. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and cooked breakfast made to order. Would stay again if in the area.

Exactly what you expect from a premier inn. Clean room if a bit small! But only me staying for one night so no concern there. Bed comfortable and staff helpful. One improvement would be sockets with usb connections but otherwise a great little room. Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast- Premier Inn expectations.

Lovely helpful staff, friendly, provide a warm welcome and a smile whenever you walk through reception. Smaller room than some Premier Inns but that wasn’t a problem as it was very comfortable (great mattress!) and it was nice to have a bath!! Special thanks to Kelly who helped when bookings went wrong on line and leaving a chocolate orange in my room was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Will stay again when in the area.

We were greeted by Kelly who was friendly, efficient and made us feel really welcome. The room was clean and well maintained. The attached pub was welcoming and flexible to our requests. Friendly service from. Jade and the duty manager. They made us a tray of food and drinks to take to our room to watch the England match. (good job we are not reviewing that). Breakfast was cold buffet selection and the hot food was freshly cooked to order. Friendly staff and tasty food. Suited our needs and very good value, we will be back.

Went for a night for my birthday with my husband. Got there slightly early so reception asked us to come me back in 10 minutes. When we went back to check in there was noone there. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come by which time there was a queue of people waiting. Next morning we had pre-booked breakfast. Had to wait a long time and when it came we were promised a refund. There was not enough staff in the restaurant and they struggled to keep up with everything. When checking out we had to wait 10 minutes for reception to come. We were told we would get a refund for our breakfast put back on the card we paid with. It has now been four weeks and still no refund. I sent numerous emails etc and had no reply. Eventually I had a reply on Facebook messenger and they have agreed to refund us. I was very disappointed with how long it has taken for anyone to reply and sort this out. Has put a dampner on the stay really. I would have liked more than just the breakfast refund after all the hassle we have had! On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. I do not rate Premier Inn. My first and probably last stay .

My stay was as comfortable as ever as Premier Inn. The staff here are great. A special thank you to Kelly on reception who was such a delight going above and beyond with recommendations to different restaurants in the local area; Sushi was the order of the day!

Lots of black mould in bathroom. Tired hotel room in need of updating. Keycard needed resetting 3 times over a 2 night stay. Staff were friendly. Location excellent. Restaurant staff were rude and hurried us in to ordering dessert and then hurried us into paying the bill, despite the table being booked at 19:30. Decided not to have breakfast there after the experience at dinner.

Perfect clean family room, lovely breakfast, lovely lady on reception & pleased overall. Lovely little park for the children to play on was great
