Rezort u Bobiho

We came here to spend a nice family afternoon. We booked a horse back riding for our girls and that was a decent experience however besides giving my girls helmets there was not much attention to their safety. But the girls had a great time and I would do that again! On the other side, the restaurant staff was horrible! The restaurant was empty!!!! Maybe…seriously maybe one more table besides us there. The waitress (we had an older lady with longer black hair) was at the bar behind us and it took another person to remind her to come take our order. My husband ordered a pork meal and after almost an hour wait for the food (reminding the restaurant was empty!!!!) she served him the most expensive beef steak. We were waiting for her to come check on us to make sure the meal is good. She never came back! She never came to ask anything or offer more drinks or clean up the plates. So my husband ate his meal. An hour later when my mom went to pay, she made sure to tell them about my husband’s meal. The waitress just said that it’s our fault because we didn’t say anything and made my mom pay 35.00 euros for the meal instead of 15.00! Then we got a cheesecake (which was disgusting) and again I had to go pay for it to the bar..,I told the server about the meal issue and she again just said that it’s our fault. I am beyond frustrated with how this person handled the situation! First of all, she ordered the wrong meal in the kitchen, she not once came to the table the entire time and then made us pay for her mistake! What in the world was she thinking? That after an hour of waiting for our meal we will send it back and wait another hour?! Who does that? No apologies, nothing! With the way how she handled the situation…I am so disgusted with the whole place that I will never come back and will never say a good thing about this place! We have traveled the world but this is in top two the worst places (service wise) we have ever been to!
