I waited 40 days to leave my review because I don't like leaving negative reviews before trying everything I can to resolve problems, but no one at Aminess wants to resolve them. My son and I treated ourselves to a long weekend at the Aminess Maravea campsite between the end of May and the beginning of June. I had already been to the campsite since 2024, when we came glamping for a week, while it was my son's first experience. Like the previous year, the pool turnstile was broken, so anyone could and still can enter, without any supervision, not even in the children's area; no one had fixed it after a year (!). The foot basin was obviously empty. The beach was extremely dirty, full of various types of garbage and with no one to clean it. The supermarket, it seems incredible, has become even more expensive. I saw no supervision, neither day nor night, and anyone who wanted to party until the early hours, well after 11 PM, with no one checking in, so we got very little sleep. The gate near the beach is always open, and outsiders to the campsite can come and go without any controls. No one controls the speed of vehicles; we witnessed numerous dangerous scenes, especially for children and the elderly. My son then lost the RFID bracelet they give you at the entrance (no one knows why, given that the showers and pool have broken electronic access, and anyone can enter), and we were fined 40 euros (!) for a bracelet ("damage compensation") that costs 2 euros on Amazon, but if you print and program it, it's worth 90 cents if you buy at least 200 pieces. They told us it was required by the Regulations, but to date, after 40 days, they haven't been able to send us a copy of the Regulations; only links and QR codes, which, however, don't link to the Regulations. We photographed the Regulations displayed at the entrance, and there's nothing about the electronic bracelet. We also politely asked for a 40-euro voucher to spend on our future stays, but it was denied. We exchanged a few emails, but they replied with untrue things and still refused to send us the Rules, which at this point we rightly believe don't exist. We felt cheated and robbed. You shouldn't treat a customer this way; it's not about the 40 euros, but about the behavior. We won't return and recommend avoiding a mediocre place where you're treated this way. There are many other, better campsites, better maintained and supervised, where guests are treated much better and the rules are clear to everyone, as required by law. I know this well, having frequented campsites in Croatia since 1979; I'm not the last one to be foolish. What a shame.
