Clean Hotel with great location and friendly staff

The location of the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic for me!

在諾維薩德市中心自由廣場旁，房間和餐廳都能看到聖瑪麗大教堂和國家劇院，位置無敵了。 房間大，挺不錯的。含早餐，很值。

步行可達步行街等景點，十分便捷，房間窗外和早餐廳都可以看到標誌性教堂，前台服務熱情，房間整潔寬敞，早餐精緻味道尚可，值得推薦

位於市中心，交通方便，去哪距離都不遠。房間空間比較大，早餐不錯！

酒店就在一個很主要的旅遊街區，旁邊就是大劇院和教堂，還有商店之類的，房間也夠大員工也不錯。但是提前在攜程上預訂的價格比酒店當日現場房價貴了大概15歐元，可以説差點意思。

Fantastic rooms, furnished with style, small hotel with a very awkward and tiny car park, BUT the service was excellent, especially the guys doing the breakfast, nothing was too much to ask of them - I joked that I was used to having a meat pie every morning back in Australia, next morning they brought their chef out so I could explain what a meat pie was and he would make it for me. FANTASTIC - Serbian hospitality.

Rada & Milan stayed at the hotel in October for 3 days, on level 3. They were impressed with the service and the staff who were very polite and helpful, especially with one of the waiters (Boldy) Mr Nenad - Neso who gave us all the information where to go and what to visit. We are planning to go next year and will be staying again at this lovely hotel. The apartment was great with lovely views. Really happy with our choice and met some lovely local people. Highly recommend this great hotel.

Our tour company chose this hotel; the location was perfect and the rooms were huge. I had only one complaint; the power shuts off when you remove your key from the bracket by the door. I support conserving energy but would appreciate a power ***** that would stay live so you could recharge devices while you were out. Good breakfast. Don’t lose your room key; a member of our group was told there would be a $25 charge.

Hotel Centar is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Novi Sad. Could be considered as a business type of hotel but it 's a good fit for tourists also like myself. Rooms are extremely spacious with a very good temperature. Breakfast had all the necessary and basic elements with a lovely view over the nearby square. Personel was extremely helpful and with an appetite to help anyone at anytime.

A super modern, comfortable, hotel in the very centre of the beautiful city of Novi Sad. Large rooms, lots of space to relax in. We had views to the back of some beautiful domed churches. Great breakfast and welcoming staff.

Stayed for 4 nights in early August while visiting family in Novi Sad. We found the hotel to be clean, modern and spacious, and our room had a great view right down into the town centre. There are dedicated non-smoking rooms, which is brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ordering taxis for us and an airport transfer that was quick, comfortable and efficient. Breakfast was superb, catering for a wide range of cultures and dietary requirements. Being a hotel garni there's no restaurant for evening meals, but with so much choice literally five minutes walk away this is hardly an issue. If I ever find myself back in Novi Sad, I will be certain to book again. Unreservedly recommended.

Small room with dirty carpet Internet didn't work in the room Curtains didn't cover window; gradually and noisily fell off the rod all night long. Lacking internet in the room, I sat quietly in the breakfast room working at a table . Staff chased me out. Absolutely nowhere else to work, making it unsuitable for business travel.

This is a modern stylish hotel with very spacious rooms that are almost the size of a suite. The hotel is well located very close to the pedestrianized part of the town center and therefore only a short walk to bars, restaurants and some of the main sights. The room was stylish and comfortable and sleep quality was reasonable. The breakfast was more than adequate with a few hot options and a buffet style self service. Covid protocols were taken seriously by all the staff and the front desk was friendly and helpful.
