Hotel Rosengarten

Our group of seven families stayed at this hotel, and from day one, we felt unwelcome, especially our children. The staff was condescending and made it clear that kids were not appreciated here. Upon arrival, we were informed that children could only use the pool/spa area until 4:30 PM, which we respected. In fact, we never stayed past 4 PM. However, despite following their rules, our kids were still singled out. The staff even approached us when two adult guests complained about children playing in the pool. When I questioned why our kids were being targeted, the staff rudely dismissed my concerns and repeated the 4:30 PM curfew - despite us never violating it! The restaurant experience was just as unpleasant. Our children were treated with disrespect and were immediately shooshed upon arrival for dinner. For context, they were not disruptive, just happy and social. When one of us politely asked if the kids’ meals could be served before the adults’, Monika (by far the rudest staff member I have ever encountered) flat-out refused, stating that because the kids had ordered a “secondi,” they would have to wait. She then snapped that we shouldn’t tell her how to do her job. Having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I know this kind of attitude is unacceptable. Between Monika and Maria, the service was consistently unpleasant. If this hotel doesn’t want families, they should clearly state that they cater to adults only. We would have gladly taken our money elsewhere instead of enduring such rude treatment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children!

Luci e ombre: spettacolare la colazione, ricca e varia, non dico imbattibile perchè si può sempre migliorare, ma comunque quasi. La nostra camera, che anche se ci è stata presentata come "un po' basic" era davvero molto bella. La piscina e l'area well ness in generale, sono molto piacevoli e spaziose, difficile avere quella sensazione di affollamento che a volte ho trovato La camera di nostra figlia però, nonostante la categoria elevata, non mi ha convinto, terrazzo poco attraente, moquette veramente datata. E la cena, buona ma "senz'anima". Lasagna alla bolognese e spaghetti alla carbonara .... in Alto Adige? Forse un po' troppo orientato ad una clientela non italiana? Per quanto costa, si può (deve) fare di meglio.

La struttura ha un grande potenziale, molto carina, bella la piscina con vista panoramica, mangiare abbastanza buono, a volte però si nota che la frutta e la verdura sono del giorno prima. Il problema è stato che la prima sera si è ammalato il bambino e siamo dovuti tornare a casa il giorno successivo dormendo lì una notte su 3 e non solo ci è stato addebitato l'intero importo delle 3 notti a pensione 3/4 ma ci è stata addebitata anche l'acqua a 4 euro a bottiglia. È stato un vero peccato, l'aria di desolazione che si prova all'interno è data dalla scarsa bravura a livello imprenditoriale

se ci fossero 6, 7, o 8 stelle gliele avremmo date... Cibo eccellente, aperitivo top, servizi impeccabili, accoglienza meravigliosa, stanza eccezionale.... Posto incantevole, seggiovia/ovovia, a vista, clima impagabile...

Il soggiorno all'Hotel Rechenmachers Rosengarten è stato eccezionale. Situato nelle splendide Dolomiti, l'hotel offre un ambiente accogliente con camere eleganti che combinano tradizione e modernità. L'area benessere, con sauna e piscina, è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni. La cucina è un'esperienza gourmet, con piatti preparati con ingredienti freschi e locali. Il personale è stato estremamente cortese e professionale, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante in montagna.
