really nice hotel , lovely amenities and location. only issue was under the bed hadnt been checked as had a past couples lubricant apart from that amazing place to stay definitely recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay and good value for money.

My experience with this hotel and its staff was very disappointing. There were several issues that I have never encountered at other hotels: 1) The hotel charges extra £10 for checking out  late even if you are 10 minutes late. Most hotels allow a short grace period, which was not the case here so we had to pay on top 2) There was no tissue box in the room. When I requested one, I was given a roll of toilet paper instead. 3) The booking stated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival we were told it only consisted of a croissant and coffee. This should have been clearly mentioned at the time of booking. 4) The staff were quite rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very poor and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Great rooms, basic but good facilities and the grab a croissant breakfast works well. It's close to a student night club, so not recommended for light sleepers as you can hear it until the early hours. Staff were great.

I always book premier inn wherever I go as its my favourite hotel with comfy beds. But I have a new number 1 hotel and it you the roooomzzzz. Lovely hotel, very clean, kitchen and sofa in room. Central for everything. Very friendly reception team. Perfect night away with my hubby. Thankyou. Amenities top class.

We had an enjoyable stay at Roomzzz Nottingham. We had a concert at Rock City so this hotel is in a prime location with the venue literally on the door-step. There was parking available for £10 at the hotel and spaces there for us when we arrived so we saved money not having to use the Q-Park (which is also very close if need-be). The room was clean, bed was comfy, air con worked great and the kitchen area had everything you need for a longer stay, no issues at all. They have instant coffee in the room with a few milks but if you prefer there is a coffee machine downstairs in the reception that has take-away cups so you can simply get a coffee and take back to the room. They also had croissants in the morning included in the price in the reception that you can take back to the room or eat there. The staff were lovely and the reception manned 24 hours, no complains and if we have another concert at rock city or the rescue rooms we will be staying here again.

This is our second time here. Will come back again. Was able to get a fair price with Trip.com.
