Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (Goldsmith Street) hotel

Excellent location for going to the theatre. Less than 10 minutes walk. Near to lots of restaurants and bars. Close to a Q-Park for safety of the car. Super clean and comfy room. Staff were so friendly. We were impressed by how warm and welcoming they were. Would stay here again.

The staff on reception and at breakfast are great. As for everything else? Thankfully it was a cheap night. If you'd paid £100+ you'd have been very disappointed. No full soundproofing. Condensation and mould on the windows. Very low pressure shower. Low quality mattress. Half the breakfast unavailable. Apart from all that... Yeah, managed to get some sleep. Pity the good nights sleep guarantee is no longer a thing!

Self check in which was easy snd great to use. Car parking nearby and they provide you with a discount code . Restaurant on site which was good for breakfast or dinner. Lots of options in Restaurant and staff lovely. Premier plus room was nice but a bit cramped but comfy and clean

went for my wife's birthday , stopped 3 nights manager and staff fantastic, thanks to all staff for their help, plus manager 100% will be back, hotel next to tram track so easy to get most places in nottingham, cafe had a really good sheff looked after our needs

This hotel is on Goldsmith Street in Nottingham and has a car park at the reaer for limited cars. The only way to get to the car park is to drive down a Goldsmith Street itself, which is a tram line and even though I arrived at 12:30 lunchtime, usually well out of bus lane hours I got fined £35 arriving and £35 when leaving the next day. The parking payment machine at the rear was also faulty on departure and caused a half hour delay by having to download an app and pay £25 through that method. Nothing worng with the Hotel room itself though. Expensive trip! More than the cost of the room!

We love this hotel for its brilliant location, trams close by, very friendly and helpful staff and it’s always clean. Costa coffee on site too. We’ve stayed here several times a year for gigs at the rescue rooms or rock city both 5 minutes away. Look forward to going back.
