Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (Goldsmith Street) hotel

Back in Nottingham at the purple palace and the experience has been made great by the service received from Liv, Hannah & Ell service with a smile and great knowledge nod the surrounding area, Hannah has been on shift from 06.30 this morning not due to finish until 11pm and still looking after the customers!! Great service ladies

The staff Hannah, Liv and Ell are great employees and very friendly and cheerful and greeted everyone in an amazing way. After a long days work, they are a credit to the business. I have stayed here a number of times and I am sure we will be back again for work

Always stay here whenever there's a concert of interest to me at the nearby Royal concert hall / Theatre Royal - both a 5 min walk to - Usually i give the hotel a 5 * rating but on this occasion, even tho it was a mid week stay of one night i was charged over £100, so thats why a * has been knocked off.. Staff are great, breakfast was spot on - the all you can eat variety, Tram stops 100m away so anyone arriving by train into Nottingham, can hop on a tram almost to the door. Close to amenities, bars, restaurants etc...ideal location for anyone staying in Nottingham. Shame about the price - oh and the gig was excellent too {Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets}

Great location on the North side of town, car parking good (although paying through app was a bit of a pain). Hotel really good and clean, staff were really friendly and helpful and room was well presented and clean. Excellent stay would return again and would recommend

Good location for my meeting. Feels relatively safe to walk to and from hotel at night. Has most of the basics electronics. Hotel car park very small so had to re-park at Q-park short walk way, good instructions at hotel for parking and booking online there and then for 40% reduced rate. Q-park instructions sent to (junk) email so read it before set off for the QR code to scan to get in if barriers don’t automatically lift for you. Kettle at hotel not clean (black spotty layer at bottom) and unable to use which was a big disappointment as no complimentary water bottle and I arrived very late it was no point fussing over, but if you needed to spend any time in room, you would appreciate a clean kettle.

Poor cleanliness with rubbish found under bed, stained carpets, loud noises from trams, low pressure shower. First Premier Inn I wouldn't return to after staying in easily 30+ of them

After recieving Terrible news regarding a family member in ICU Myself and Family decided to choose premier inn to stay as it is nearby the Queens Medical Hospital .. The hotel Hospitality was amazing made us feel very comfortable and Nicola in particular went over and beyond for us. she ensured we had a vegetarian option without us asking she was culturally aware which is great as we honestly wouldnt have asked as we had alot on Nicola kept checking on us throughout our time and ensured we were well fed … Very rare to experience this. so hats off to you Nicola .. keep aiming high. The staff made us feel at home and listened to all our queries and went over and beyond .. Its the customer service like this that makes the Hotel Stand Out. The manager also got us involved in gifting Nicola a golden work ticket which demonstrates an amazing atmosphere and shows workers here are valued which is also amazing to see . I would highly recommened this for anyone visiting Queens Medical from out of town and wishes to stay and it is in city center so its great and nearby .

Stayed at this hotel multiple times this year and it’s always the same great experience and it’s comforting to know I’m going back to high standards
