Great staff and resort. Chef Luigi really cooked some great food and the hospitality was fabulous . I would definitely recommend people to stay at this resort and you should dine in at the restraunt for a maximum exquisite experience with a beautiful view😍

Peaceful resort in the countryside of Noto, away from all noises. Our room was situated in the upper part of the resort, with countryside views from our window. The room was clean and spacious with TV and good bathroom. It is safe for children. Big pool and outdoor bar area. Parking available if you come with own car. Reception staff and manager were helpful. Breakfast was good, both indoor or outdoor seating available. Only one drawback is that if you are staying in the upper part (Carrubo part) request property's car to drive you up and down the hill - service is available all day.

This hotel had it all. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are lots of activities to participate in throughout the day. The food and wine selection were delicious. Be sure to ask Giuseppe for a Frappuccino - they were the best. I would recommend to hire a car so you are able to explore as the bus times are limited.

Peaceful surroundings, huge swimming pool, good breakfast, welcoming personnel!

Situated in the Noto Valley about 20 minutes out of Noto. A spa hotel that is way past its prime. The rooms are dark. Somewhat clean, but after walking around you find your feet are black. Bed have newer foam mattresses that are very comfortable. The internet is very slow and intermittent. On the small end of standard sized rooms. The breakfast offerings limited. Beautiful surroundings. Can not comment on value as we were here on a tour. Excellent restaurant!

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, au rez avec jardin (chambre no 16). Excellent petit déjeuner, belle terrasse avec vue splendide. Bel environnement. Voiture indispensable. Dommage que les chiens alentours gâchent la nuit avec leurs aboiements, et que le petit bâtiment dans le champ devant, avec des panneaux solaires juste en face de notre chambre donne un bruit de petit moteur durant la nuit (?!).

Struttura immersa nella natura . Ottimo per trascorrere una vacanza o semplicemente un fine settimana. Ho trovo un ambiente confortevole , personale educato e sempre disponibile. Piscina pulita con acqua limpida e salata . Ristorante elegante con una buonissima cucina e cameriere veramente professionale . Camere l’ulite come del resto tutta la struttura

Ho soggiornato da poco in questo, dicono , " resort " con la scritta 4 stelle e quindi mi sono fidato prenotando e invece, mi dispiace dirlo , ho trovato una struttura molto scarsa, a parte il ristorante che è l'unica cosa che salvo ... La piscina era sporca, le camere fatiscenti con uno stile antiquato, il bidet del bagno col tappo rotto dove per risciacquare l'acqua dovevo immergere le mani per sbloccarlo ( non mi sembra il massimo del confort e dell'igiene ) .. Torno dalla piscina e vado in camera per una doccia e sono costretto a farla con l'acqua fredda !!!!!! perché a detta della receptionist " dovevo far scorrere l'acqua calda per 5 minuti aspettando ché uscisse " ma che risposta è???? ovviamente neanche dopo 10 minuti è uscita l'acqua calda e mi sono atrofizzato, preso di freddo dall'acqua della piscina .. poi in serata, l'hanno sistemato ... ma, da un hotel a 4 stelle, io mi aspetto che tutto sia perfetto e funzionante , soprattutto dopo aver speso abbastanza per un solo giorno ... Per usufruire della spa devi uscire con la macchina dalla struttura e andare in una depandance più avanti ... Altrimenti una lunga passeggiata a piedi che non mi sembra il massimo dopo aver fatto un percorso relax ... Insomma per me ci sono diverse lacune.... Unica nota positiva è stato il personale e in particolare il cameriere della sala del ristorante che è stato super cortese gentile e a modo ... si mangia benissimo, i piatti vengono serviti di bello aspetto e abbastanza abbondanti anche se, per un resort a 4 stelle mi aspettavo almeno un esposizione a buffet per gli antipasti e invece zero .... Per il resto la struttura ha del bel potenziale per la zona dove è ubicata, tra alberi di ulivo e le campagne circostanti, ma mancava l'ordine in generale ... Questa è la mia personale sensazione che ho vissuto in questo hotel ... A malincuore non ci tornerò mai più ...
