This place is the best to go for vacation. Me and my family had come, and the front looks of the place were welcoming. I was surprised by the fact they have their roundabout outside the resort. Check-in was ok; they took our bags and put them in a safe place; the staff was very helpful as they spoke English, which was the language my family speaks that they understand. But we had to wait 2 hours to get to our room because there were guests in our room, which was understandable; we then started swimming. I checked the ground of the pool, and it wasn't as dirty as the last hotel we were staying at. Once we got our new room, It was very neat and tidy with a breathtaking view of the ocean(the perfect room if you ask me), we passed the time by staying in the room and headed to dinner. Dinner started at s 7:30 pm, but we came there early; they were preparing the food while we played some pool near the restaurant/bar. The owner came and gave us a warm welcome, a very calm man. We ate dinner with a band playing in the background, and they were very talented and skilled. Out of all the hotels I've been to, this is my number 1 in Nosby I would recommend it to my friends and family. Till we came back again we will really miss the hotels and especially the staff.

Staff were amazing, really hospitable. Nothing too much trouble! Marcello ( Resort Manager) went above and beyond. Always about. Very personable. Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive.
Highly recommend the Excursion team. Despite language barrier, they really tried to make sure we got what we wanted.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY!! Great rooms, quiet beach, GORGEOUS VIEWS, and excellent food. The staff was fantastic, Julie was great and the assistant manager so kind an lovely. Everyone there had big smiles and were so kind... Many Italians stay there, so they really need good food and it delivers...I was so comfortable there, I slept great and I highly recommend this property

The Italian staff was quite predatory with ****** undertones. Particularly Marco and Alex, those of which who asked me and my friend ( two underaged girls of colour) to go out to town/bars with them. One of them was quite persistent and according to the chefs this is a frequent event whenever they see Malagasy/ coloured guests. Once confronted they were saying that they don’t usually go out with guests as it’s a mixture of work and play. And stated that we weren’t considered “work”. He further said that we aren’t Italian, and therefore aren’t real guests/real work. Though we are guests, who pay the same price. On top of that the food really isn’t good, so there’s that. Better to get your own Villa or go to a different hotel.

This is the absolute worst hotel in Madagascar. Way overpriced and when there was family issue which made me leave early they would not refund any of my unused nights that were still over 24 hours in advance. The staff would not let me talk to the manager because he is not even living in the country and they didn’t want to bother him. You could not pay me to ever return to this hotel ever again. Save your money and go anywhere else. 0 out of 10 rating

Sinceramente, nessun suggerimento ma solo tanti, tantissimi complimenti per l'organizzazione e la cura di questo villaggio! Un sentito ringraziamento di cuore per averci accompagnato nel nostro viaggio di nozze, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di conoscere persone veramente disponibili e gentili, dal direttore al personale dello staff, per non parlare dell'animazione che con simpatia e felicità, ha permesso a questa vacanza di diventare un'esperienza che mai dimenticheremo, grazie!
