New resort, very beautiful and well-kept in every aspect. High level services from the rooms to the restaurant, from the beach to the swimming pool, from the Spa to the gym . All the staff are competent and at the service of the guests. 5 star resort in Africa with European standard, top!

The best hotel in Nosy Be! Traveled with my family and and it was really amazing! ❗️But,unfortunately,want to tell a disappointing story about some guys at the beach who sell excursions❗️ We took a private boat from them to visit 2 islands (Nosy Fanihy and Nosy Sakatia). Everything would be great but on the second island our PRIVATE boat left us(when we got lunch) and went away… It was so strange because we wanted to swim with turtles and suddenly we understood that we don’t see our boat…! We have a guide with us so he said he doesn’t know where is our boat and he will call to the person from who we bought the tour his name is Jackson(wears white hat and have red backpack) you can meet him on the beach. So he said that our private boat will be in 40 minutes,but we have already waited 20 minutes,so we left 1 hour (time was so important for my daughter because she wanted to make a video with turtles and the sun)…After that our private boat came to us with ANOTHER tourist from our hotel and some other local people … and we were in shock because we paid for PRIVATE BOAT… We have to ask about this situation from another guy who was on a boat(he sells tours too with Jackson) I will attach the photo of him,he is in peach T-shirt and got the answer :«You can go on boat and we will go together to see turtles or you can left on the island,it’s you choice »…. So we(a family of four)can left on the island alone…!!! After that situation we wanted to call to Jackson and take our money back but he wasn’t in touch!😂😅We wrote to him by what’s up and read lots of information that he invented so we didn’t see him next three days on the beach… Highly recommend to future tourists to buy excursions from guys who are in hotel,yes I know it’s little bit expensive BUT it’s better than left on island alone!

Hello royal andilana. This is the most best in the world, everything’s amazing and the beach was cleaning also the local people are smiles. And I feel so satisfied with those beautiful animations, especially bienvenue for me that he’s kind and, respect us. Also the others like raissa and Tatiana and the others. I can appreciated either for the manegement I love this resort. Everybody doing he’s work. Thank you so much for everything’s and respect.

Very dirty and stinking sea. I was madly disappointed and unhappy.right behind the hotel is a smelly sewer that flows into the sea by the hotel.Nobody tell us about it.

when you start evaluating which exotic country to go to, you look for the following requirements: paradise place, non-rainy climate, clean sea and warm water, beautiful beach with white sand, resort near the beach, all-inclusive formula, presence of places to visit with lots of excursions to break the routine. Last but not least, the cost. In 99% of cases you cannot get all these features and you end up with a compromise. After more than 20 years around. I can assure you that Seaclub Royal Resort brings them all together and I was wonderfully impressed. I confirm what was reported in the positive reviews that preceded me regarding the management staff and I underline the professionalism of all the entertainment guys with the elegant and non-intrusive approach that distinguishes "FrancoRosso".

This is the first 5-star hotel in Madagascar and marks a significant milestone in the country's tourism industry. This Resort is located at the very north part of Nosy Be. The journey from the port and the center of the island takes about 1 hour, while from the airport, it takes less than 30 minutes. “Welcome to paradise”, the hotel’s motto, gives you a very good idea of what awaits you. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very friendly staff and Antonio, the hotel’s manager. The check-in process was very smooth, after a much-needed Espresso (offered from the director) we were accompanied to our room. The room was spacious, restroom and shower were separated, and this is not always given even in other 5-stars hotels. There was a terrace overlooking the internal garden. They are very attentive to sustainability; this can get a bit borderline when you discover that there are no bathrobes, and no body lotion is provided. Plastic is almost inexistant, they use dispensers for soap, shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo. Glass and paper are used wisely in the room. We were not able to find any pillow-menu though, this is again, a bit borderline considering the hotel’s class. The room’s door is not very soundproof, in the night and early morning, you can hear music and voices from the aisle. The main pool bar is where you can have a snack or Aperitif, nothing crazy to be fully honest. The buffet-style offers you a limited choice between tea/coffee with cookies and some fruits or pizza/small sandwiches. More than once, it happened that the bar buffet was empty well before the Aperitif closing time. This issue does not arise with the main buffet restaurant. The food is always available, and the choice is above average. Quality is also good. We found it a bit strange that, officially, there are no gluten-free options or milk alternatives. Bread has different shapes but essentially, it’s the same white flour bread. No soy, coconut, or plant-based milk available. Even no lactose-free option, apparently even upon request you can’t have it. The variety of the buffet is good, bear in mind there are practically zero restaurants outside the hotel, hence you will most probably eat at the hotel every day. We received a free soft-all-inclusive upgrade upon arrival, you get a bracelet, and all meals and snacks are included. Make sure to read what’s included and what’s not, espresso and cappuccino for instance, are not included even at breakfast. There’s no dress code in the entire establishment, this is again a bit odd, and things can definitely go out of control. Shirtless people wearing flip-flops happened multiple times at lunch time. We fully understand that without a dress code you can pretty much wear (or not) whatever you like, but shirtless does not belong to a restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the bed was so comfortable to stay in, the only problem was in our room 330 the toilet door kept getting stuck and can’t get out which they need to fix, I did try to report this to the management but they didn’t speak English (the 2 tall managers) All of the staff are fantastic and they work so hard
