Woodman's Farm

Such a wonderful time had at Woodman’s Farm. I’ve stayed in a number of B&B’s and Airbnb’s, and this is up there as one of the best. The location was peaceful, the room was beautiful, and Janice and Richard were beyond personable, attentive, kind - and were all-round fantastic hosts. It felt very homely, which as a solo traveller, made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. I would absolutely stay with Janice and Richard again if I was re-visiting the area.

We were travelling for a wedding at nearby Oxnead Hall and booked two nights to stay, one day for the wedding and one to explore Norfolk. The room was a good size and very comfortable. There is a seperate entrance which we liked, and the surrounding grounds are pretty, you feel nicely tucked away in a rural setting but are not far from Cromer/Sheringham for exploring. Janice and Richard are a lovely couple and we enjoyed chatting over breakfast and got some good recommendations for areas to check out. Breakfast was delicious, veggie options available too. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to take home some apples from their tree's outside - they're absolutely huge and delicious!

Fabulous place to chill out; peaceful and quiet. Hosts are such a lovely friendly couple, providing everything you could possibly want for breakfast. Great base for exploring Norfolk. Planning return!

Very nice place to stay, owners friendly and breakfast very good. Will stay there again. Farm is located in a quiet area away from noisy road traffic and town. Room was very clean and warm for the cold October nights.
