Premier Inn Northwich South

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were thoughtful, polite, and genuinely warm in their hospitality. We booked a family room with our two children, and to our delight, we found Easter activity packs, chocolates, and a handwritten welcome note placed thoughtfully on the children’s beds. It was such a lovely surprise, and our kids were absolutely thrilled! The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable – we all had a good night’s sleep. Considering the quality of service, cleanliness, comfort, and those special personal touches, we felt it was excellent value for money.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, really good breakfast and dinner the food was amazing. Ryan and Claire don’t get enough credit, the restaurant staff were so helpful and big thank you to the chefs for the amazing food. Room was worth the money.

Staff although so stretched over both buildings could not have been anymore helpful. We found this hotel in an emergency due to being unfit to travel home due to food poisoning, we were accommodated and checked in for 11.15am. Our party had four adults traveling and needed three rooms. The hotel was able to accommodate us and it was a very reasonable price for the night (cheaper than anywhere else nearby). The three rooms were all spacious, clean and provided the much needed rest needed to recover. Two of the party who weren't effected made use of the adjoining restaurant/bar and staff let them know of locations nearby they may like to visit.
