The Granby Hotel

We had a group of us staying for a weekend at the Granby. The owner Jelena was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble, she was really friendly and helpful. One of the staff, Shane deserves a mention too, he was there to serve us drinks, our meals and help out in general. Again what an amazingly positive attitude. Wow I would definitely stay at The Granby again, It's a really nice clean and friendly hotel and the staff are awesome, definitely a 10 plus out of 10 xxx

Hi This is my second stay, Staff… ALL the staff I have encountered, Shane , JELENA, night porter, and some of the cleaning team, each and everyone of them have been so friendly and helpful. Rooms The two rooms I have stayed in have been large , fresh and very clean . The beds are comfy, linen and towels fresh and clean . Tea coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate etc all in place , Good size tv . Bathrooms Clean and good size , Both rooms had excellent powerful showers . Lounge/Breakfast area . Clean tidy ,nice place to relax. Breakfast, hit and tasty Outside decking area. Nice place to sit and relax on a hot day. THERES ALSO DISABLED ACCESS TO THE REAR. Car park. Situated to the side and then to the rear . I will be returning again.. THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND THE TEAM WHI WORK HERE ARE A CREDIT TO THE HOTEL. 👍👍👍👍👍

The stay was ok not amazing found a water spider in the bathroom by morning it had gone the beds were comfortable and had a great sleep however couldn’t have dinner as the pub across the road normally stops serving at 9 according to the website but actually stopped serving at 8 so ended up going to the spa shop for snacks not a dinner dissapointed. The breakfast was mediocre but when you have a grilled tomato surely should be a beef one not a normal one just standard and the coffee was awful OJ was lovely and tidy was standard Also there landline did not work reported this at the hotel and the lady was like no wonder not received any phone calls and website also did not work.
