Villa Rantakoivikko is a newly built villa, completed in 2023, designed to accommodate various needs. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway with family or a remote work retreat, this well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Karvianjärvi provides the perfect setting. This log-constructed villa (2023) is equipped with modern comforts. The property features a shallow, soft sandy-bottomed shoreline, a private dock, and a rowing boat. In winter, guests can enjoy ice swimming right by the villa, with an ice hole pump keeping the opening clear throughout the season. The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a pull-out bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a spacious loft with two mattresses on the floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a breakfast cabinet with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The villa also features a separate WC with a washing machine. The sauna offers a unique experience with surfaces made from natural peat, creating a distinctive ambiance. The sauna area is separate from the main living space, allowing for late-night relaxation without disturbing those already asleep. It features a wood-heated sauna stove and a washroom with two showers. Between the sauna area and the main building, there is a cooling-off space with a glass-enclosed terrace, providing shelter from autumn winds and winter snow. A fiber-optic internet connection ensures seamless remote work. The villa also includes a free electric vehicle charging station. The spacious yard features a beach volleyball court, and Lake Karvianjärvi is rich in fish, including pike-perch. A nearby boat ramp allows easy launching of larger boats. Sarvela public swimming beach is located just 65 meters away and suites well to the small children. Please note: The property is only rented to families, couples and others looking for a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups of people under 25 years of age. The spacious plot gets sunlight throughout the day. The yard provides ample parking for multiple vehicles. Distances: The villa is located 3 km from the popular Anne Mattila Art Café. The area features an art-themed route, From Kammi to Skanzi, a 37 km trail with numerous sights and attractions. Karvia town center 6 km, Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park 14 km, Parkano 41 km, Kauhajoki 48 km, Kankaanpää 46 km, Tampere 124 km. Reservations start at 16:00 on the arrival day and end at 12:00 on the day of departure. Reservations cannot begin and end on the same day. Please note that in very warm summers, blue-green algae may appear in Lake Karvianjärvi.

Tyttelsson is a cozy villa situated in a peaceful area near the services of Kankaanpää. The swimming beach is 550 m away, and there is also a rowing boat available for use. The villa has five bicycles for exploring the surroundings, as well as a SUP-board for paddling on Lake Venesjärvi. Located 10 km west of Kankaanpää, Lake Venesjärvi 550 m, featuring a public swimming beach and a private rowing boat. Tyttelsson is a spacious wooden villa (built in 2009) with an entrance hall, a large living room, and a combined kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a long dining table that accommodates all guests for meals at once. The living room has a fireplace. There are two bedrooms: one with two beds 120 x 200 cm and 80 x 200 cm, and the other with two 80 x 200 cm beds plus one high bed 90 x 200 cm. On the upper floor, there is a sleeping area with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a separate 80 x 200 cm bed, along with two high-quality foldable beds (80 x 200 cm) with thick mattresses. The villa includes a separate WC, a utility room with a washing machine, and a sauna (with an electric stove). The washroom features two showers. On the covered terrace in the backyard, there is a gas grill and garden furniture. There is a garage on the property, but it is not available for tenant use. There is a three-phase power outlet on the garage wall for charging electric vehicles with your own charger. The villa offers internet access via Wi-Fi. One or a maximum of two pets are allowed for an additional fee (payment per pet). The villa is situated in a quiet residential area. The yard features a grassy lounge area. The beach is gently deepening and suits well for the families with children. There is a pier on the beach, water depth at the end of the pier is 1,5 m. Rowing boat can be used freely. There are many kinds of services in Jämi area including skiing tunnel (already opened for this autumn), airfield for small scale airplanes, restaurant, disc golf course and climbing park. Hämeenkangas ridge area is offering excellent terrains for jogging and cross-country skiing (in normal winters). The Hämeenkangas area has been approved as part of UNESCO Global Geopark network.
