Overall, it was a great stay. The people at the front desk were patient and hospitable. Staff seemed nice, bartender was great. Only problem was the room seems to be updated. The furniture in the room was very old and worn and the rug in the room had more spots than leopard.

The bathroom wasn’t clean well and our dirty towels and garbage was left in the room all day. We had to take the garbage out ourselves and call the front desk for clean towels. For $500 I should be able to have a clean towels for my kids and not taking my own garbage out.

My experience wasn’t good. The chair in the Livingroom looked like a cat scratch’s it up. The material was ripped in several places. Also the keurig coffee maker had a coffee pod inside of it as if someone had coffee and the cleaning people didn’t check to see what was used and/or not. The bathroom tub knob was very rusted.

The staff was very courteous and helpful.
The room was clean with the exception of a large chair that needed to be cleaned or thrown away.

Everything was as expected. The staff was very nice. The pool is a bit small though. But other than that everything was amazing

This is my second time staying at this property. Overnight staff was horrible. Toilet was clogged. No assistance. We had to unclog it ourselves. Will not recommend. Very loud on the floor after midnight

The front desk staff was unprofessional & combative when asking for menus in the room which there weren't and should have been. We went to the front desk & she had to find a menu which she had a problem with who fault is that. We had to take a picture of the menu. Asked about coffee/tea and was told they only offer it for breakfast otherwise you have to pay $4 dollars for tea ridiculous. I have stayed at inexpensive hotels where tea/coffee is complimentary. That was my first time at this Hilton & last, especially as a Hilton member for a years

I was so disappointed. There was a horrible odor from the moment you checked in, musty smell. You could hear everything and there was a constant sound of a large fan outside. I didnt gave ear plugs, so slept very little. Will not stsy here again

the suite was large and roomy. the fitness center was inadequate. the treadmill was broken the other equipment for example, the bicycle, was impossible to
adjust to my height. all three pieces of equipment were in need of servicing.
