This cheerfully decorated small resort of oceanfront villas is perfectly located to take advantage of the fresh sea breezes and a magnificent view of the shimmering Caribbean sea. It has a sandy & rocky beach and the snorkeling in front of the villas is fantastic. It's about a 35 minute drive from the airport and George Town but only minutes to a few restaurants (Over the Edge, Rum Point and Kaibo), beach bars, watersport shops (Red Sail Sports at Rum Point), activities (Crystal Caves) and a small grocery store (Chisholm’s). The living and relaxing here is easy. Head to the private beach and snorkel the colourful reef just offshore or jump in the double kayak and explore the picturesque shoreline. Alternatively, you can walk right out your door to the freshwater pool, located in the center of the complex, and relax in peace with the coconut trees for shade! Since Mahogany Point is a small-scale resort on Grand Cayman’s quiet North Coast, the beach and pool are often pleasantly deserted. If you are looking for some activity, however, Rum Point—with its beach bar, restaurant, and watersports shop—is just a 10-minute drive away. The Botanical Gardens are a lovely way to spend an afternoon learning about the local flora and fauna! The Crystal Caves are a spectacular new attraction, located right in North Side, and of course the Bioluminescent tour is breath-taking, but is seasonal, so please check to see if it is on before you arrive, as reservations are required! Inside Mahogany Point, a lovely, welcoming space awaits you and your guests. The villa provides a queen bed in the master, with an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom upstairs has a king bed as well, with a bathroom for guests use. The third bedroom, located downstairs, has 2 twins and another full bathroom, so there is plenty of space to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need to cook your own meals and enjoy your favourite dish. Also, there is a grill on the patio, with charcoal and lighter fluid on site. The private garden also ocean-side comes equipped with hammocks, wind chimes and is surrounded by native trees, and provides a great sanctuary to relax and have time out for yourself. The reef is no further than 200 ft from the shoreline, which creates a very safe like lagoon for swimming snorkeling, diving or kayaking . Our home sits on the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. This is a very private, exclusive part of beautiful Grand Cayman.Coco Kai, is an upscale private vacation home located in the tranquil, pristine Northside of Grand Cayman, five minutes from Rum Point and Stingray City. Coco Kai is beautifully decorated and recently updated. It is a massive 6BR 6.5 bath ocean front beach house. Our villa has a private beach, salt water heated swimming pool, and a 50ft private dock that is great for fishing, relaxing or getting in and out of the beautiful turquoise water. There is a huge coral reef directly behind the house that extends for miles in both directions. You don't have to go anywhere to enjoy the best snorkeling on the island! If you like seafood Conch and Lobsters are easy to catch in-season. We provide a large charcoal grill for your use as well as six kayaks. Life jackets, snorkeling gear and fishing poles are available upon request. Another stand out great feature of Coco Kai is 5 of the bedrooms have there own private in-suite bathrooms. Downstairs we have the second living area complete with its own fridge and stand up arcade video games.There is a second ocean/pool view master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. There second room downstairs has a queen bed, private bathroom and its own door to the outside of the house. the last bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. The bathroom for this bedroom is in the hallway. The couch upstairs folds out to a queen bed and we have another single fold out bed if neededCoco Kai is well stocked with anything you could need during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and includes new appliances, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, a blender, toaster, cutting knife set, drip coffee pot, We even have a Margarita Ville machine for making great frozen adult beverages. There is a Bluetooth Bose speaker system and a cooler for guests to use on the beach. We provide tons of bath and beach towels as well as extra bedding.Coco Kai is family friendly complete with a high chair, pack n plays and crib. A brand new washer and dryer are also available for your use.
