Seaside Resort

We stay here because it’s our favorite place to stay. The staff is beyond amazing! The place is great!! The location is great! Amenities are awesome. The breakfast option is a plus. They treat you like family. I like it because they always remember me when I come and tell me they can’t wait to see me again.

Our condo was clean, the amenities were as described but it just did not meet our expectations and perhaps that’s because while we were we went without water for a day and only had one working elevator for the week, on the final day the elevator was working and an employee was so shocked it was on he didn’t wanna get on with me saying he wasn’t sure if he wanted to ride it or not, that didn’t make us feel too good. The parking garage is not desirable so we parked across the street for the week. The maintenance issues were REALLY disappointing and I felt like NOT acknowledged how they should have. Not sure if we would be willing to try again or just continue to stay at Prince.

What we wanted..what they claimed..(what we got): Close to ocean (ocean view!) Clean (check plus!) Comfortable (two full beds in each room, couch, chairs on balcony deck—no frills, but worked for us!) Courteous (Resort front desk staff, Jackie, was spot on terrific from check in to check out! 😀 Spot on resort. Close, clean and quiet, definitely would stay here again.

Pro - Great location, wonderful staff/housekeeping, nice pools and easy beach access. Our condo was spacious, clean and had a great oceanfront view. Cons - Elevators didn't work - they only have 2 and 1 was down all week and one day both were unavailable. I was on the 11th floor with an 87 year old. Needless to say the steps were not going to work for her. Sometimes it was impossible to get on the one working elevator much less try to load and unload luggage. They also had water issues and turned off water to entire place for a full day. Heads up - the parking is not designed for larger vehicles - but they have a parking lot right across the street that is available to use. If they get these maintenance issues fixed this place is a definite go to place. I would give an excellent rating if the maintenance issues had not been such an issue for us. Hope that these were just unusual occurrences and just bad timing for us.

This is a very nice resort! Loved the pool areas & lazy river! Very well laid out & very easy access to beach! Unit was very nice with all the amenities & housekeeping staff did an awesome job of checking to make sure we had everything we needed during our week stay! Very easy check in & friendly staff! Planning to stay again on our next vacation in the fall

This was our first time staying at seaside. The staff was excellent - Jackie was an absolute GEM! Every interaction was helpful and kind. This was a drastic difference from when I called into the 800 # on the website(they were very unpleasant and not at all helpful) We loved the location and the amenities but would say that our room was pretty dated and the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable- but we survived. We would absolutely come back - but hopefully in a newer room

WELL LOCATED ! The resort is well located in a nice part of North Myrtle Beach, with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are okay, could use a deep clean, everything felt a bit dirty. Bathrooms are nice. The front desk employees were professional and welcoming. Housekeeping is friendly. The young man working the breakfast buffet made our waffles for us . The front desk staff, housekeeping , breakfast attendant and any staff member we came in contact with treated us like gold. We will be back for sure!

We spent 11 nights at Seaside Resort which is situated virtually on a lovely wide flat beach. We had great views from our room on the 12th floor. Our room was comfortable and had everything you need but we just felt the decor could have done with being refreshed. The staff in all areas of the hotel are great. We did not like the buffet breakfast in the hotel. It is eaten on paper plates with plastic knives and forks. I would recommend the Cafe in the Baywatch hotel for breakfast which is located within walking distance. The Blueberry Grill serves a fantastic breakfast. It’s not far from the hotel but you either need your own transportation or use a taxi. The Blueberry does get very busy. Molly Darcy’s restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel. If we visited this hotel again we would hire a car. We used Uber a lot both for taxis and Uber eats. Try and book an Uber for your return journeys to the airport as it works out much cheaper. Uber were very good. Download their App. North Myrtle Beach is a lovely area with lots of attractions and restaurants serving alcohol. Barefoot landing is worth a visit. We really liked Bar 19 twelve, Hoskins, Bonefish Grill, Sea Merchants, Joe’s Bar & Grill, Carolina’s Steak Bar & Seafood. Would we return to this hotel? Yes.

The customer service was second to none! Jackie and Trudy are the best. Every need was dealt with in a timely manner and a follow up called was placed to ensure satisfaction. This is a place I will definitely return to in the very near future, all because they made you feel as if you were the most important person there. They went out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience was had. See you guys soon!
