The Good: Free breakfast. Comfortable bedding and room. Spacious bathroom Outdoor pool Fireplace in the lobby area The Bad: Parking fees Breakfast food selection was unimpressive. The common areas showing wear and tear. Just an average stay.

Most everything was nice about this hotel. I gave it only 4 stars due to limited parking (typical of downtown) and the dirty bathroom smell in the lobby. Otherwise it was great. Comfy beds, clean rooms, etc. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

The staff is some of the most kindest and personable people we've ever met. They receive 5 stars all of their own. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and so reasonably priced. Pool was wonderful; breakfast was plentiful and good. We loved it, and didn't want to leave.

Great overnight stay in Little Rock. Residence Inn is in a great location in downtown Little Rock, walking distance to Arkansas River and Julius Breckling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many options. If ever in area again would stay here again.

Could have been a Five. Beautiful room. Had a nice kitchen and sitting area. Great location and good breakfast. Although I wish they had bacon. Very disappointed in hotel staff communication. Requested housekeeping at 8am. Was insured it would be done. Came back at 6pm. Nothing was done. Very disappointed. Called down to front desk and the lady didn’t know why it wasn’t done. Told me to come down to get clean towels. When I went down I asked again why it wasn’t done. She said it was never noted in computer. So where is the accountability??? The rooms here are not inexpensive. One would think house keeping would be a simple request. Especially being a Marriott.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it’s always good. I met a lady named Rita, the breakfast host and she was absolutely fantastic!!! The service was great and the rooms were great. I will be back. Thanks for a great time Residence Inn!!

I called with questions about reserving a room today and talked with Amy about the hotel's amenities and availability. She was amazingly helpful and patient about answering all of my questions over the phone and I can't wait to see her in person!

Bed and pillows were so comfortable! Very walkable to many restaurants, bars and riverfront. Lee checked us in and he was awesome and super helpful! The pool area was super cute and there was even a basketball court!

We have moved beyond the Civil Rights era, but racism is alive and well in this tiny hotel! Swimming While Black is not against the law! I have family in Little Rock and I am embarrassed at the White Trash attitudes. You will never have my business. Never again! Everyone needs to know about you!
