The property has a golf cart included for getting back and forth to the pool or golfing etc. The master bedroom has a king bed with full bathroom attached. A guest bedroom with queen bed is located adjacent to the second full bathroom. There’s a 1.5 car attached garage with lots of storage. There is a beautiful lanai with A/C if needed. This is great for relaxing with your morning coffee or entertaining friends and family. The house has a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Within a short golf cart ride you will be at the beautiful clubhouse, with large community pool or an 18 hole golf course.
