A ten minute walk into Braunton village, with many shops, pubs and restaurants. A five minute woodland stroll into Knowle village, with post office, shop and lovely country pub with fine food.
World class beaches (Saunton Sands, Croyde & Woolacome) just a few minutes drive away.
Cosy lounge space with wood burner, and also an orangery room with dining table and fine aspects into the large rear garden.
Superfast fibre-optic broadband, 40" Sony Bravia TV with Netflix, freeview etc.
Large garden with decking and table & chairs, fire pit/seating for balmy summer evenings.
