When we got there, we were told the room we were going to have had heat or water problem so we were sent to sister motel, Briarwood. Not a pleasant room,outside door was loose, bathroom sink drained very slow. Beds were ok, linens clean.

I like that it’s so close to shopping and dining areas. I loved the customer service at the front desk.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming at check-in, and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the western mountains.

I’m a hard person to please and this inn is well kept, clean and cute! Bright and good size rooms with balcony. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Perfect North Conway location.

I absolutely love this place.the view was amazing night and day. It has a beautiful balcony to. i just wish it wasnt so close to the road. However when u are in ur room u cant really hear it nor the neighbors unless they walk past ur door.
