Nipissing Inn

I can't tell you how pleased I was to find Nipissing Inn. I have had numerous bad experiences with very dirty motel and hotel rooms and facilities, but this owner ensures that his motel building, and rooms, are impeccable - so pristine clean, such quality furniture, and comfortable beds. The heating and air conditioning unit keep the room at a very comfortable temperature. And the rates are not only affordable but you get much more than you pay for. The owner is always accessible and accommodating to any request. Customer service is as impeccable as the room itself. It is a little out of the way at the end of Lakeshore Drive in North Bay, but believe me - you are on the outskirts of the city, basically in the country, listening to the frogs croaking and the birds singing, there is very little traffic and the quiet atmosphere is well worth the drive. You are only a few minutes away from gas stations, restaurants and shopping. He only allows the best of clientele, so you feel safe and secure. This is as needful as a comfortable mattress and a clean environment when it comes to having a peaceful sleep. Whatever you're looking for, I'm sure you will be satisfied with your stay at Nipissing Inn. (Susan H.)

This is a cute little motel easy to get to. rooms have been refurbished with paint carpet and new beds. we stayed in room 108 with a king bed. nice size with a fridge and microwave two sitting chairs. nice pillows and bed very nice. i would stay again.

The Nipissing Inn is very clean and well run. The rooms are clean and private with small fridge , microwave and tv and WiFi. the beds are comfortable. You are able to drive up to your room and there is a bench seat outside your room.
