Annville Inn Bed and Breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Annville Inn. It’s exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was especially grateful to Rosalie for the amazing gluten-free breakfast. I also appreciated the gluten-free treats that she provided in our room. She definitely went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary issue. The gardens were beautiful. We plan to return to spend more time at the Inn during our next stay.

This was our third stay at the Anneville Inn., an Amazing B&B. The Inn is perfect! Rosalie George is an incredible Chef (she makes unbelievable Breakfasts). It was warm enough so we were able to use the in-ground pool. It was very nice. We believe it is chlorinated but we could not smell the chlorine, so we are not sure. The grounds are spectacular, awesome job Craig Geoge. We have stayed in three of the 5 different rooms and ALL have been wonderful. I generally wake up at 6 AM; that gave me a chance to watch a movie in the world-class movie theatre while my wife slept a few more hours. A win for both of us! We enjoy ourselves so much here, that we are planning to stay a third time this year (fourth overall), celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Do yourself a favor and book a stay now! Life is too short and you deserve to be pampered once in a while.

Rosalie and Craig are seriously the hosts with the most!! The Annville Inn is a great location to relax and rejuvenate from the stressors of everyday life. My best friend and I were attending a wedding in late May and decided to stay here. We upgraded our room to the English Manor Suite. We were SO glad we did! Rosalie and Craig went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts they provided were top-notch! We really appreciated all of the time and effort they took to make sure every part of the inn was sanitized, spotless, and welcoming. The Inn offers so many spaces to relax, have fun, and enjoy your time in PA. The rose garden and grounds are especially lovely! Don't pass up an amazing opportunity to stay here!!

The Annville Inn Bed & Breakfast exceeded all expectations! We received the warmest welcome when we first arrived. The owners Rosalie and Craig are so knowledgeable and have a wealth of knowledge about countless topics and were great conversationalists. The house itself is so immaculately kept they we literally could have eaten off the floor! The downstairs has a gaming area with board games, cards, and a billiards table. There is even a home theater with the comfiest seats! There was a wonderful coffee and snack bar that we had 24/7 access to, including homemade treats. There was also a fridge that was always stocked with water and soda as well. The breakfast was hands down the best we’ve ever had; all locally sourced and so flavorful! We stayed in the Secret Room where the entrance is hidden behind a bookcase and we had our own balcony and a secret garden. The grounds are so beautifully landscaped with hundreds (thousands?) of roses and other flowers. There are multiple paths and just so much personality. A train garden, a maze with a pond, hammock, and seesaw. We also spent an evening soaking in the hot tub. I could go on and on about how perfect our stay was! We are already planning a trip back.

The brightest smile, she's sweet as can be Your innkeeper's name is Rosalie. She'll show you around, you'll get the grand tour Around every corner, there's always much more. Artwork and flowers, gardens and pool To all be discovered like a glittering jewel. There are five rooms, so lovely and clean The 5-star reviews, now you know what they mean! Breakfast next morning is a sight to behold Craig's not in the garden, so a joke may be told. There's so much to do here, how do you choose? Or simply relax, you have nothing to lose. At night you sleep soundly after gazing at stars You wish you'd stayed longer, it's not all that far. Next morning you're leaving and now you must pack Hugs and goodbyes, but hope to come back. And so you must go there, if you haven't been To this magical place called the Annville Inn.

I booked the English Manor room for an overnight stay on my way to New York, and I upon my arrival I was greeted and treated to a tour by Rosalie and Craig, the owners. I was made to feel as if I were family! Their genuine warmth and joy it exactly what I needed on my journey! The room was fantastic! Top quality Mattress and bedding, a large in suite jacuzzi that maintains a constant temperature, multiple levels of lighting and the ability open the skylight windows for fresh air. Rosalie stocked my room with a welcome tray if gluten free treats as a special, unexpected welcome gift after 7 hours of driving, and the Rose Garden was fabulous!!! I was welcome to hang out in any of the common rooms of their 7000 sq.ft house. I spent time in the evening unwinding in the game room playing pool and listening to music! Rosalie is a fantastic cook and baker! She had homemade goodies, plus numerous bowls of Hershey chocolates throughout the house to “share the goodness” of the local products! The surrounding countryside is beautiful with rolling hills, fertile land and clean air. The house itself is lovely and spacious, but for me, the main attraction is Rosalie and Craig with their warmth and joy! We had fantastic conversations about various things, and just being in their company and feeling incredibly welcomed is an intangible asset that is priceless in my opinion! I see now why they have many repeat guest! Going to the Annville Inn is like traveling on a holiday to see family that you love to be with. I will return again and bring some of my family as a destination trip, stay longer than just 1 night, explore the area, and simply have a relaxing, peaceful getaway that truly refreshes ones life! -William L.
