Courtesy with a smile in the front desk feels you comfortable and concerns of an exciting stay with all available activities to relax and enjoy the restaurant and bar.

The first two rooms that we were given were occupied; walked in on the people in the room. Third room was not a double; got it correct on the fourth room. Manager the next morning was very apologetic and gave us points but was unable to refund the room.

Room was good but there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

The property is near various eating and shopping businesses. However, the hotel should have a kiosk/flyer that lists out what is nearby and what the businesses have to offer. Upon check-in, I was asked if I would be parking a vehicle on the property. And if so, would be assessed a $12/day parking fee. She also stated they don't have parking stickers (so no way to know who has paid and who has not). I do not recall anything regarding a parking charge when I booked the stay. Furthermore, the parking lot is a wide-open, single story with PLENTY of spaces, so unsure WHY a hotel would charge in these situations. I know there are hotels that charge but that usually happens in densely populated areas such as downtowns or near entertainment venues. While the bartenders were SUPER friendly and accommodating, the food offerings during the "free" Happy Hour were very lackluster (Gardetto's pretzel mix, potato chips, Crudités, humus). It had been about 6 years since I stayed at an Embassy Suites property but I recall the Happy Hour being much more "robust" in food offerings. So what was offered was quite disappointing. Lastly, the indoor hot tub chlorine levels were very off. The chlorine was so intense that it caused burning eyes after only about 5 mins. We specifically booked this property because we wanted a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. Due to the excessive chlorine, our relaxation efforts were not as pleasant or desirable as we needed. Breakfast: FANTASTIC!!!

It was an amazing experience. 10/10 would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Oklahoma. The receptionist that checked us in was super helpful and very personable.

Was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. When we first checked in the key card maker wasn't working so the manager personally escorted me and my family to our room, and had someone bring us the key when it was ready. The lounge area was amazing my son loved the fountain by the elevators. The room was very clean, and had probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Oklahoma.

Very enjoyable, breakfast was great. The bar service was excellent, very friendly especially for late Saturday night.

Embassy Suites had everything we needed for our stay and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The decor is not super modern but no matter. The pool and hot tub are excellent and there is a workout room. No fuss Wi-Fi, Continental breakfast, Bar open every night, overall great experience.
