You come into the apartment and immediately feel at home. Everything is familiar, everything is in place, vacation from the first minute. However, we had to shorten and cancel our vacation due to illness, so we're back on Wednesday. April 24th drove home

The location and the property are great. House smells musty, some of the furniture is dirty. Unfortunately no WiFi. There is always no warm water in the bathroom.

Chest of drawers bedroom (window side) broken. Furnishings outdated, especially kitchen and extremely bathroom. Musty smell upon moving in. Terrace needs to be cleaned urgently. Dirt under the kitchen chairs.

We went home 3 days early. Outside light broken. Kitchen cupboards dirty. Furniture totally old. There was so much that didn't fit at this price. Not recommendable

Moin, first it was clean. Anyone who likes the style of the 80s is in good hands here. (Gelsenkirchen Baroque). It needs to be renewed here and there but otherwise ok. A big drawback is the lack of wifi, which is a must these days. The terrace needs bette

Terrace lighting does not work. Lighting in the hallway does not work. Vacuum cleaner gets hot when in use. A mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. A WiFi connection would not be bad.

Great holiday in a pleasant atmosphere. Children and seniors (with walkers) were very satisfied. We will be back.
