Ok, this was the first time booking a Premier Plus room. This was because my sleeping habits mean I can only do about four hours prone and the rest haste be in an armchair. And the only way you get an armchair in a Premier Inn now is to book the Premier Plus room. So it was ok, uprated decor, bed the size of a tennis court and the armchair. It did make for a pleasant stay. There is no evening meal at this one but it shares its location with the Lost Coins pub, a Marston pub that serves meals. Breakfast is served in the hotel and it the usual Premier Inn fare though in retrospect I didn't spot any black pudding there...... The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Haverfordwest, not really in walking distance but if you did it's all downhill to the town, and I expect a taxi back up wouldn't cost much. You are centrally located in Pembrokeshire with almost endless places to visit, beaches, mountains, towns, one city (St, David's, the smallest city in UK), historic and prehistoric sites.
