Sarla Hotel Inn

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. But the only problem i had was, i had a confirm booking for 4 days and on the day of arrival, the hotel said that they dont have room available for that night, so they will be shifting me to another hotel. I was okay as they said they will be managing them. had to stay there because it was already late at night and the manager of sarla hotel was not picking up the call. So just an heads up. Even such thing happens, before shifting to another place, do check out the place before

Stay was very good. Neat n clarn hotel with beautiful rooms and location is awesome. Reception staff is very polite. Very healthy and testy food. Overall brilliant stay. Thanks sarla team.

The room was unfinished, it was smelling paint toxic. Bathroom taps was leaking, kettle was rusted. Breakfast had very few options and i had to wait for refill. Not worth just stayed one night that is 9hr.

Room was not good ac wasnt working properly when asked they refused to change the room. The person who came to see the ac was rude enough. Smelly rooms with no fresh air at all.

Dinner was ordered at 10pm. Till 11. 30pm, it was not served. Finally, i walked to outside dhaba and ate something. The bathroom shower is blocked, chocked. Finally i poured the water from bucket for taking bath.
