Who has given this hotel 4 star rating and on what basis, not sure. This was the not more than 2 star hotel. The bedsheets were having hair, Washrooms were not clean, and on asking for towel for our baby, they started questioning. Food was average.

Good ambience, away from the dal lake crowd. Peaceful. Spacious garden. Jamal is basically is known carpet house that is in front of hotel. Property is a combination of carpet house, hotel and restuarant. Good room service.

This resort is away from the main city, close to dal lake and nishat garden. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a nice garden in the premises. However, the food quality is just okay and a bit expensive.

The hotel location is good, near mughal gardens and easily accessible in the city. The rooms were decent and clean, the rooms were not that modern looking but they were good. The food was good including dinner and breakfast. The service was also good, the local staff was nice and friendly. Their carpet shop next to the hotel had a very good collection.

We stayed for one night. The hotel room had very old furnishings and lacked the cleanliness expected for a 4 star hotel. Location was also not very access-able. Food was average. Staff was hospitable though ( only plus point i found)

Resort was very nice but rooms were very small and dirty. Bathrooms were very small and dirty. Very bad maintenance and housekeeping. Although behaviour of staff was good. Food is okay. They don’t keep dental kit, moisturiser and hair dryer in there bathrooms those are basic needs.

Resort is located nearby nishat garden and dal lake. It's good from inside, helpful staff, but i still fing that 6000 is a bit extra for aper day stay room tariff.

Feroz wani arranged everything for us, they served us hot tea which was amazing, while staying at the resort we did explored their textile industry,U can get any kind of Kashmir Art here and the Employee temperattion is very cool and the product are genuine and the cost of the products are much good, talking about resort's food it's awesome specially saahi paneer and dal makhni.
