Typical holiday inn express. Location is great, employees are awesome, decorations and comfort level was very good. But the room is rather small, and it didn’t have a refrigerator.

It’s the 2nd times for me to stay this hotel. It’s easy to access and get the room keys just take a minutes while I arrived. The room is very normal lan clean. The air conditioner is cooling well.

Hotel is on good location near too good malls and restaurant. Very easy approaching to railway station. Staff is too good. Breakfast also good.all things good

Hotel is too good.near to railway station. Near good mslls.madket and restaurants. Staff is good. Breakfast 8s good. All looks good. We prefer this Hotel. Easy approching

It is the best location of you want to be downtown in Ningbo. Very convenient to walk around and get metro.

The service, room size, breakfast, location, price and amenities are all good except the toilet door that opened inward as opposed to outward, which makes it very inconvenient to close once you step into the bathroom!

Very well located. No fridge, at night not enough staff to help with basic services. Facilities rather basic.

Great hotel very convinient location The staff were very helpful and friendly. I do left my mobile phone there and hotel tried to call me and They kept it for me. I strongly recommanded this place and definitly would stay here again.

Room has kind of smell , need to keep window open. The side table was not clean , some oil marks on table as well as on floor as well. Dirt on flooring behind sofa as well. Must improve house keeping cleaning services.
