The room is very nice and clean. The room is not small. There are some restaurants near by. And it’s about 5 minutes walking distance to the shopping mall area, which is very popular place. I always say holiday inn and surly it’s a great hotel with a reasonable price comparing hotels nearby👍🏻。 very good location

Located in the city center close to the train station, breakfast selection was good enough

Very well located. No fridge, at night not enough staff to help with basic services. Facilities rather basic.

Great hotel very convinient location The staff were very helpful and friendly. I do left my mobile phone there and hotel tried to call me and They kept it for me. I strongly recommanded this place and definitly would stay here again.

Room has kind of smell , need to keep window open. The side table was not clean , some oil marks on table as well as on floor as well. Dirt on flooring behind sofa as well. Must improve house keeping cleaning services.

ONLY 1 DAY STAY OVER, SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS ALRIGHT. ROOM IS REASONABLE, EXCEPT SMOKING FLOODED IN THE ROOM IN MID NIGHT AND SMOKER IN HOTEL LOBBYZ.

Reasonable choice. Breakfast need to be improved for Eastern customers, mainly for Italian who like a "sweet" breakfast ...

It’s an amazing hotel. They’ve got everything sorted. I don’t even find a single reason where I felt disappointment. From laundary, to breakfast, to rooms everything was up to the mark. I will definitely stay more with holiday inn express. Also will recommend to my friends who will visit ningbo and China

I love the location of this hotel, very near the Church Cathedral and walking distance to the shopping square. Staff are nice especially the ones in the breakfast station. Very helpful in translating the names of the food since some of the viands i am not familiar with. The room is clean and with complete items that we needed.

The stay there was awesome. The hotel is close to lots of nearby attractions and the service is amazing. One of the ladies by frontdesk also speaks English so it's a bonus. Only issue would be that the internet wasn't that good when I was there.

The location was perfect just 5min walk to tianyi square. The hotel amenities were basic and breakfast also decent
