I had a perfect stay at Green Nest Resort! The room was beautifully appointed, the food was delicious, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The location is truly amazing, with breathtaking views that made my stay even more special. Everything was just as expected, and I couldn't ask for more. The resort’s grounds are breathtaking, blending lush tropical landscapes with elegant architecture. Our room, was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with luxurious amenities like a plush king bed, a private balcony with stunning views, and a state-of-the-art bathroom .The attention to detail in the decor was remarkable, combining modern comfort with local cultural touches.

One of the best locations in Kotagiri — a serene and peaceful retreat. Perfect for spending quality time with your family and loved ones. We truly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the food — exceptional in both taste and quality, complemented by warm and prompt service. Very nice location with great views of tea estates, hills & valley. the resort is located in higher terrain, so you need to drive up. for us, bison herd welcomed before entry and during check-out. obviously, the stay was quite relaxed in the bed of mountains with birds chirping, walking treks to the near by tea plantation hills and valleys. the restaurant has wider food options and service is very good. I will bet, you will go second time, if you have patience to drive to Kotagiri. A serene location

We were there with family and infant. At first day provided heater was not working and when we asked to replace it as baby will need it, they took that heater and came back with working one. On 2nd night around 4 AM when every one were sleeping heater's plug got fire and started burning, baby's mother was awake during that time due to which we are saved/alive otherwise who would know what would be the outcome of that. We tried finding some staff which went vein for 1st 30 mins, no one was available in reception (most expected place). Then due to multiple banging on door and noise a guy wake up from another room and came and checked and said that they cannot do anything so adjust in the same room as power is already cut so no issue now and wait till the morning. And in the morning a lady staff came and said that its there loss only as they have to get the room ready for next guests, and its our fault that we were using the heater at night. Now decide on your own, these type of people only needs money and do not accept a simple mistake. Mistake: they had replaced the original plug of heater(16-20 amp) with another one, and wires were not connected properly due to which it short circuited and ignite the fire. But they were keep on blaiming that we should not have used the heater at night. Check the pics, there is wooden frame in around the plug which caught fire instantly, if baby's mother was not awake at that time, it could have led to massive accident.

They also have separate rooms suited for single-family stays, providing privacy while still being part of the larger group setup if needed. The rooms and shared spaces are well-furnished with comfortable sofas, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. The food was another highlight—delicious, with a variety of options, and reasonably priced. If the weather is pleasant, the resort staff is happy to arrange open-air lunches or dinners, which adds a special touch to the experience. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with any requests. The resort also has great recreational facilities including a play area for kids, a badminton court, and a volleyball court—something for everyone to enjoy! Overall, it's a perfect spot for both relaxation and group fun. Highly recommended!
