The experience was wonderful and the host was reena was also lovely. They had good south indian breakfast to offer.

Pool view etc. All is good. Rooms are well maintained. Nitesh is care taker there. He is so helping. Car parking is ample

The overall experience was excellent with a stunning view from the room and this has friendly staff who assist you whatever is required during your stay.

The view was very pleasant and beautiful from the hotel room, the staff was very polite and helpful especially mani and pradeep who made my first trip with family to ooty very easy and memorable experience

Nitesh provided exceptional service during our stay at the resort. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. He was always polite, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His quick responses and willingness to assist made our experience even more enjoyable. One of the best resort in ooty with mountain views. It’s surrounded by tea plantations. Rooms are spacious clean and well maintained. Staffs were courteous and helpful, especially nitesh and mani helped a lot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at mountain trails for one night, and i must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and food. Its price is very reasonable compared to the four star like facility here.
